Fantastisk havsutsikt, 100 meter från havet.

Papakea har en otrolig atmosfär, det är precis som du hoppas Hawaii skulle vara

Ny ägare, vi köpte just detta i Jan 2020 och gör en stor ombyggnad i februari och mars 2020.

Papakea Resort är verkligen andan från Gamla Hawaii. Papakea Resort är en av lägenheterna med lägsta täthet på ön med 11 lågbyggda lägenheter spridda över 13 tunnland vid havet. Till skillnad från många andra Maui-resorts ligger det långt tillbaka från gatan, men är ändå bekvämt nära livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger. En närbutik, en livsmedelsbutik med full service, flera kaféer och ett antal fantastiska restauranger är alla inom gångavstånd. Den exklusiva shopping- / restaurangplatsen i Whaler's Village ligger bara en kort 5 minuters bilresa, med den charmiga byn Lahaina ytterligare 5-10 minuter längre bort. Några av de bekvämligheter som finns på fastigheten inkluderar 2 shuffleboard-banor, 2 upplysta tennisbanor, 2 tolv hålsbänk, 2 pooler, 2 bubbelpooler, 12 utomhusgrillar och 2 strandcabanor.

Paradise in Maui
Overall our stay was amazing. The apartment was great, the stairs were a bit steep but the kids got used to it. The beds were very comfy (hubby wanted to take it home with us!!!). The location was fantastic. We saw a lot of turtles swimming past. It was a great base for road to Hana which was fun, Haleakala Observatory for sunset which was like you were on another planet. Close to Black Rock which our 5 yr old grandson snorkeled with some turtles. Overall we loved our stay at Papakea. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo
We had 7 in our party, friends and family. The condo accommodated us perfectly plus also provided snorkel gear and just about anything else we needed. The view was amazing and the proximity to the water and beaches was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Nice location & view
Overall, the location was nice in Kaanapali. The unit is older but spacious. There were nice accessories, such as towels and boogie boards, but they're very difficult in get to for use. In addition, the place has not been clean very well and there were cockroaches. I'm just being honest. Cleaning people were not doing a good job of getting the crumbs and the food from behind the refrigerator and the stove. The three separate air conditioners work very nicely. The balcony is nice. It's a great location with a great view at night time. It's just a little bit older and has a bug problem. I thought that the amenities such as soap and towels were minimal and not enough, given the fact that it's quite pricey. I expect a lot more amenities for the price. I will try some other listings in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Beach was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff on the grounds were very friendly. We would love to go back and have another vacay where we would stay in the grounds more.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was good sized for nine people. Fanastic view of the beautiful grounds, ocean and sunsets! We had an issue with the dishwasher but the owners were very responsive and had a new one installed the next day. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful spot
Papakea is a great location and great amenities. The staff who work for the resort were lovely and helpful. The condo could use some added amenities that we have come to expect from other rentals such as beach umbrella and a cooler would have been a great-to-have. The kitchen is as very stocked on things like pots and pans yet there were only 4 plastic bowls and cheese grater was broken. Some of the art is coming off the walls in the unit and the main bathtub needs some upkeep. The faucet is barely hanging on and bother the bath and shower we’re clogged. These issues were minor- we loved the space and number of beds was great for our size of group. Thank you for a great overall stay!

Great place for two families

Great property and location! This condo was perfect for our two families. It had everything we needed and we can't say enough about the view! It was so nice sitting out in the balcony overlooking the ocean and the palm trees. Check in/out process was super easy. Definitely recommend!

Family Fun in Paradise
I can't say it enough, it was fantastic. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with our 5 children (ages 16-23), our sons significant other, my brother, sister in law and niece. Everything about this condo was spot on. We had 11 people ranging from 16-53 and there was more than enough room. A great view, great amenities and the host was quick to answer and fix the one problem we had with a blow up air mattress. The property was well maintained as were the grounds and pool. Thank You for an incredible adventure!

We had a total of 11 in our group. Ages ranged from 9-80. The place fit like a glove. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked a few meals inside and several at the pool side grill. The two pools are a very short walk. The beach is closer than it looks in the picture.

Whale watching wonderland
Papakea is a great place to chill and unwind. It is walkable to nice resorts bars and restaurants. The grounds are nice, the staff is attentive and it seems well taken care of. We went in March and could pull up a chair and watch humpbacks breaching a short way off the shoreline. It does not have a great beach but nice ones are very close and the pools are next to the ocean. The only way it would be better is if it would convert one of the two beach huts into a small place where you could get a snack or beverage

Christmas at Papakea!
This was a great location for our family Christmas. We had plenty of room to gather for group meals and the location was lovely. The remodeled areas of the condo were very nice and the grounds at Papakea were well-kept. The owner was easy to communicate with and the staff at Papakea was friendly and helpful. We had only two minor complaints about the condo. First the bathrooms have only been partially renovated which means the shower areas are not in terrific shape. In addition the stairs to the loft are very steep so you would not want small children or older adults using that area. Otherwise, G403 was just what we were looking for!

Home away from home, the perfect location for families
The layout of the condo was superb to accommodate two families. Bedrooms & bathrooms were the perfect size, the kitchen an absolute dream to prepare great meals after a big day exploring Maui. The view! What a view. Highly recommend.

I stayed with my family. The place was easy to check in and all the amenities were accurately described. The location was perfect. The property was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Kitchen was clean. The host communicated very quickly. I would recommend this place if you prefer some space and a place to feel like home.

This resort is beautiful and close to the beach.
My family loved staying here. The owner had excellent communication with me. My kids loved going to the pool. We barbequed steaks one night. The resort is about 19 minutes from Front St. where many restaurants are. There are also food trucks within walking distance of the restort. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.
