“The place smelled really bad. Probably from the old carpets that have been used for years and never deep cleaned. Also the sheets had stains on them. The gym had maybe one working machine and everything else was breaking apart. We found other people’s hairs in our bathroom towels. The knife provided was almost unusable and we were awoken by the fire alarm going off at 4 am just to find out it was a false alarm…never coming back.”

“Our group of grandparents down to grandkids were here for a wedding. We had several big teenage boys and the accommodations were great. The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.”

“The location was perfect. Not too close to the port where it was really busy with people. We loved being able to walk over to the beach or ride the bikes to the pier for shopping and eating. Our beds were so comfortable. Dave was amazing at quick to respond to any questions we had. This was such a fun and relaxing vacation for us.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as listed. Stayed with 19 people family and friends. Plenty of space to socialize and enjoy alone time as needed. Kids loved the bunk bed rooms and pool.”

“House was perfect for our group. We had a mix of families so plenty of rooms for all. It's really close to Disney, probably walkable if push came to shove. List of rules/regulations for the house are rather extensive, but was never an issue for us. Great place to stay.”

“I know some reviews were nit picking the condition, however we have all stayed in worse. Was it 100% perfect, no, but it is a rental with some normal wear and tear. House was super clean, larger than we expected and perfect for our stay. The pool table and pool were huge hits with the kids. Anyone wondering about pool depth it is in the 8-12 ft range on the deep end. We actually said if we come back to California would consider using the house again, that's how much we liked it.”
