“We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Amara suites, caterer's court. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. It was centrally located for all sites in central Lagos, Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki. The staff was very helpful and the check-in was smooth, starting with a complimentary airport pick-up. We felt secure in the compound with adequate security. It was a home away from home. The gym was well equipped . The only complaint is lack of towels cleaning tissues in the gym.”

“The pillow cases on the pillows did not look clean. It appears a guest must have checked out before I was allocated the room and housekeeping did not bother to change them. They looked worn out and very used. Same with the towels. They looked overused. There was dust on a side table attached to a standing floor light in the room”

“I was here for five days. By the time I left I felt every staff member was a friend. My trip was purely for fun and the hotel was a perfect compliment to my stay. My compliments to Simon the General Manager for providing an excellent staff. I can’t wait to come back.”

“I asked for hangers 3 times and they never came. Took a long time to get my ironing board and iron, too. But the staff were universally warm and friendly. ”

“Pro’s: We stayed in a sea view room on the ground floor which was by the pool over looking the lagoon which was a beautiful sight. Good distance from places to eat. Con’s: The window didn’t lock and being right beside the front door made it easy to slide the window open and unlock the door from the inside. The phone in the room didn’t work and when we reported this, we were given a mobile number to ring which still didn’t work. So each time we needed something we would have to walk to...
