The reason I only gave it three stars was because of the check-in process and how the house was stocked. The front door lock was broken, so the code wouldn’t work. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

“The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me.”

“I rent this property because it is approximately eight minutes from my grandsons and I like the two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the living room in between so it gives each person enough privacy. It probably doesn’t bother most people, but I have neuropathy in my feet so the rug in the living room hurts to walk on. “This is a very nice apartment located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The location is very close to the business center/social district of Alhambra, within walking distance. The apartment is clean, the kitchen was adequate, the bed was very comfortable. The only issue of concern with this location is that the parking provided is very tight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. ”
