Tumalo Lake Lodge består av fyra lyxiga fritidshusstugor belägna på Tumalo Lake bara 12 mil väster om centrala Bend, Oregon. Ligger på 640 privata skogar tunnland omgiven av alla sidor av Deschutes National Forest, utomhusaktiviteter bugar av obegränsade vandringsleder, mountainbike, längdskidåkning och snöskor direkt utanför din dörr. Utforska Tumalo Lake med kajak, kanot och stå upp paddelbräda (gratis för gäster) eller perfekta din roll med fångst & släpp öringfiske. Hisnande Tumalo Falls ligger bara 3 mil bort. För utförsåkning är Mt Bachelor bara 45 minuter bort.

Lakeside West Cabin är ett arkitektoniskt avancerat hantverk av hantverk. Stora fönster i varje rum ger en känsla av trädhus med fantastisk utsikt över naturen i alla riktningar. Det stora omslutsdäcket och bekväma Adirondack-stolar och vippare möjliggör avkoppling i den friska luften samtidigt som man tar i den vackra naturliga omgivningen och utsikten. En privat badtunna ligger på däck och erbjuder underbar utsikt över sjön och skogen - ett perfekt sätt att varva ner efter en dag med utomhusäventyr.

De vackra möblerna skapar en atmosfär av avslappnad lyx. Öppen plan på första våningen inkluderar exklusiva, bekväma möbler, strålande uppvärmda golv med italienska plattor och dekorativa mattor. Vardagsrummet har en vedspis och stora fönster med utsikt över sjön. Det välutrustade köket har bänkskivor i granit och rostfria apparater, inklusive en Jenn-Air professionell spis. Det finns en matplats och ett pulverrum på detta våning samt ett charmigt sovrum med dubbelsäng med eget badrum och franska dörrar som leder till däck och badtunna.

På andra våningen finns underbara högt takhöjd, två romantiska sovrum med vardera privat badrum och ett andra stort vardagsrum med golv till tak-fönster som ger en fantastisk utsikt över Tumalo-sjön. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng, sidobord, spel och böcker, och en bekväm lässtol. Varje sovrum har också stora fönster med fantastisk utsikt över sjön och skogen som skapar en känsla av trädhus. Var och en har en king size-järnbädd med täcke, mysig duntäcke och kuddar och lyxiga 500 trådräkneark. De privata baden har antingen en stor duschkabin eller dusch över badkaret, bänkskivor i granit, italiensk kakel, strålande uppvärmda golv, lyxiga handdukar, schampo och kroppslotioner och hårtork.

Awesome location
This property is amazing and secluded away from the city. Beautiful nature and trails that go on for days. Beautiful trail just down the road to Tumalo Falls and an extensive system that beginners to experts can enjoy. The “Cabin” was well stocked and the hot tub was awesome. Plan to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake.

STUNNING LOCATION
This place is truly special. We have stayed in hundreds of homes over the years and without a doubt, this was my favorite EVER!!! Everything was perfect! I was traveling to Bend for a quick trip with my son for a concert. When I found this place, I knew it was much larger (and more expensive) than what we needed but it looked so cool I rented it anyways. Soooo glad I did. We felt like we were the only ones on the whole lake! Started our morning by canoeing out onto the lake and reading our books! It was just amazingly beautiful! Coffee on the rocking chairs overlooking the lake. Wish I could wake up to that every morning! The two mile hike around the lake was, in my opinion, just so-so but I'd still do it if I were there again so.... If you are looking at this place, rent it! I'll be going back!!!

These are no ordinary cabins. They are luxury homes surrounded by a lake and forest. Meticulous attention to every detail made this one of our most enjoyable vacations ever. The serenity of this lakeside property and close proximity to town makes for a getaway we'll never forget. Thank you Tracy and Bill!

Tumalo Lake Lodge is such a special place. Quiet, romantic, beautiful! We loved the lodge and felt right at home. Our hostess, Tracy, is wonderful and cares so much about her guests. We highly recommend Tumalo Lake Lodge as the perfect destination for your next vacation!

Fantastic!
We spent a week at this property with 6 total adults. We had a great time and are already planning our next trip back the property. The "cabin" was quite nice and provided a nice base for us to hang out, cook and share meals, get some great sleep. It is perched up on a hill, so unloading and loading can involve some steps up from below, or a drive up the steep driveway. The deck is a great place to hang outside. I loved the east/west orientation - you can always find sun or shade depending on your preference. The water pressure is a little low in the show, but hey, this place is mostly off the grid. There are some picky layout / design things with the kitchen, but everyone has an option. The only issue we had was a pesky smoke detector battery failing on Sunday night after we all went to bed. Yeah, you know that chirp you can't place, you sit awake listening... and listening, and then there it is. This one was a bit obnoxious and way high up in the vaulted bedroom ceiling. We texted the owners and they came by with the extension ladder and addressed the problem. I don't think any of us were excited about the issue at 11pm on a Sunday night, but it was addressed quickly and we had great nights sleep through the rest of the week. The lake is very pretty. It's kinda of a big pond with a deep hole in the center. Did not go swimming, though there is a swim to dock and access. As a kid, I would have gone in. As an adult, I tend to avoid muddy bottom lakes with a lot of vegetation. All that said, the paddle craft is great to get out on. We saw opsrey diving for fish, deer eat along the shore, baby ducks (!), plenty of birds, and our friend caught 3 rainbow trout in 5 minutes flyfishing off the rowboat. The cabins are spaced out well and we rarely heard a peep from the other guests. Most of the time, it was only apparent there were others around when we heard them on on the lake trail or someone was on the water or at the dock. This place feels remote, but is barely 20 minutes from downtown Bend. Tumalo Falls is a relatively easy hike - the hiking and mountain bike trails a plenty! Really quite nice all and all. I think you and your family / close friends would have a very nice time.

A Gem
Rental through VRBO was convenient. Rental agreement was straightforward and on par. It was evident the place we were going to was well cared for before we arrived. Directions were sent via email were descriptive and any questions we may have had were proactively answered either via an email before our arrival and/or in the welcome book. The property itself is stunning. Everything from the beauty of the cabin itself, to the land around it and nearby, the privacy, and the value were impressive. The ease of getting to and from skiing, hiking trails, Bend, and to and from the airport (RDM) was highly valued. The cost was well worth it. It is a gem. I highly recommend this stay.

Ski weekend dream cabin
This was the most stunning property I have stayed in near the Bend area. Gorgeous architecture. Secluded. Well stocked and furnished. It was nice to be off the grid have no tv. It was a short drive to Mt. Bachelor for skiing, and the hot tub is the perfect space for Apres Ski relax. We could not have been more thrilled and would honored to return. Thank you!

No other property like it
Our group had a great weekend. It’s impossible to find an area that’s this secluded with the amenities it provided. The property is very clean and up to date. The home is built very well and was clean (save for a few spider webs here and there.) it’s in a forest what do you expect. The lake was a great view. The wood fire place was tremendous and heated the whole house. We definitely hope to book again. The owners were very easy to work with and talk to, everything worked without a hitch. There were a few loud neighbors, and they ran towards our property and started yelling at night. But that’s nothing against the owners and this property.

Wonderful winter get-away
The house was perfect for two couples, and was very well furnished and comfortable. Trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are available close by. We have some ice on the road and paths, but the owners brought cinders for traction. In the winter, guests may want to bring Yaktrax for their shoes.

Perfect, clean, quiet
We stayed for a few nights on an impromptu ski trip with the kids. Loved that there wasn’t a TV and a weak internet signal.....I’m serious. Kids were off their devices all week. It was awesome. Place was very clean and cozy. We had a great time.

Wow!
This property looked amazing online, and I'm happy to report that the experience was even better. All the amenities described are fantastic, and it's one of those rare places where three couples without kids could go and not have one of us stuck in a full-size bed/bunk beds. All three bedrooms have lots of room, a king-sized bed and their own bathroom. The area around the lake is amazing too, gorgeous and secluded, and we can't wait to go back!

This is a Special Place
The natural beauty of this cabin in the mountains amid the forest and fronting the lake is unsurpassed. So quiet, peaceful and remote...reached through a packed earth and gravel logging road running through the trees. The man-made environment is beautiful also, with soaring wood beams, stone surfaces, multiple double-pane windows everywhere, high end finishings, linens, artwork and decor. Our family of six adults each had their own private space (bedroom and bathroom) and enjoyed the shared spaces, which include a huge deck, hot tub, a living room on each of the two floors, and a large dining table that sat us all. We ate dinner together every night and the kitchen was well-equipped to handle that--it even had baking dishes. Tracey and Bill were there to greet us, and easily available by phone and text. Note: there is no cell phone reception there. A land line is provided that includes both local and long distance calls. Internet connectivity is spotty, with limits on numbers of connections at a time and strength of signal. This will soon be corrected with a satellite connection, but we actually enjoyed being outside the Web where we could talk with each other and enjoy interacting without distractions. We visited in the early Fall, and there was lots to do- a shared row boat, canoe, kayak and paddle board are provided as well as fishing poles. Lots of hiking nearby, including a two mile, gentle walk through the forest around the lake. Our two-year-old grandson loved swinging in the hammock, wading in the lake, riding in the boats, walking, a throwing sticks and stones in the water. We had a fabulous family vacation here that we'll all remember. We highly recommend it.
