"Väldigt dålig frukost som inte representerar ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Mycket besviken. "

"Vi bodde på hotellet i två nätter, medan vi upplevde Isola Maddalena. Hotellet gav ett något slitet intryck och rummet likaså, men allt var rent och omhändertaget. Personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att ta hand om oss och hjälpte till med vad som fanns att göra. Frukosten var den bästa hittills och poolen välhållen med ett bra område runt att sola på. Parkeringen under hotellet var också den toppenbra. Allt som allt så var det ett ok boende."

"A beautiful hotel with great staff, wonderful views and good food - we especially loved the breakfast. The only downside was that due to misunderstanding from both parts we left the hotel without our luggage. Something we did not notice until after a 4 hour car drive to the south of the island. Would have expected a phone call/message from the hotel as soon as they realized that luggage was left, especially as they were to pick it up from the room during our checkout. Instead it was our new hotel who quickly resolved the issue by arranging transport across the island. Aethos never contacted us to ensure all went well or to provide any support, an expectation from a 5star experience in my view."
