“The selling point to this property is without doubt the balcony with amazing views. It was our second year staying here. The mattresses need replacing as too soft and uncomfortable. The shower needs a good clean as water does not come out properly. Kettle needs replacing as does not turn itself off after boiling and the curtain in lounge is ripped so needs replacing. I hope this helps and the owners take notice ”

“We've stayed in this apartment a couple of times and it is still fabulous and has one of the best views straight out to sea and with a fab view of 'The Giants' The apartment is a good size and has everything you need. The TV has loads of channels, which please my husband as he could watch the football. The balcony is massive and we actually spend most of our time in the apartment as it's such a great spot. We will definitely be back again.”

“Die Fotos lügen nicht! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ideal. Die Terrasse ist schön groß. Alles ist in einem super gepflegten Zustand! Die beiden Vermieter Malte und Andreas, die während unseres Aufenthaltes auch vor Ort waren, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein: Es sind 100 Stufen bis zum Appartement!”

We've stayed in a few of the higher end rentals around the area and this was probably our favourite on balance (location, facilities and value for money).Aquasuites is a two level block of apartments on the hill overlooking Los Gigantes, and this apartment is on the lower level. I imagine views are even better from the upper level but they're still stunning from the apartment. It is a bit of a walk up the hill but it's really not bad (under 10 mins...

“Eine moderne, saubere Wohnung im EG mit guter Lage bzgl. Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Wohnung klein, ein sehr kleines Bad, aber ein großer Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider liegt der Balkon an einer Bushaltestelle und Taxistand, das Haus an einer Hauptstraße. Gerade vom Balkon blickt man auf ein marodes Haus und auf Müllcontainer. Den Strand, das Meer sieht man nur seitlich. Die Fenster lassen viel Lärm durch (bei einer Weihnachtsparty am Strand konnten wir bis 4 Uhr kein Auge...

“Beautiful location in playa de l'arena. However definitely not suitable for anyone with the slightest mobility, a very very steep hill to walk back to the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, secure, clean and spacious. We arrived late in the evening, all shops were closed, so we had no water, milk, bread etc A taxi took us to a shop, which was quite far, costing €25. So check your times so you can be prepared. ”
