“This charming property is right next to the wall of the Alcázar gardens. You climb one flight of stairs to reach two bedrooms (one with an en suite bath); climb another flight, and you’re at the living-dining-kitchen area (with another bathroom); one more flight to the “penthouse” bedroom (again with its own bathroom!) and balcony. Impeccably clean, well situated, with excellent views. ”

“We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. “We had an amazing 1 week stay at this beautiful villa. We were a large group of 3 families, including 10 children but there was plenty of space for everyone and fantastic common areas for everyone to gather for meals and drinks. The kitchen / dining / living room area is the showpiece room and is absolutely stunning and leads out to the patio area which overlooks the pool. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio and the 3 different dining tables allowed us to give the kids their own dining...

The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted.
