“I would suggest that communication about location include the name of the building and the section of the city, i.e., Latitud Yoses, San Pedro, San José. That would have made my getting here MUCH easier than simply Calle 35, San José. Since Call35 is only a block and a half long, locals cannot even tell you where it is. More detail would have been much more helpful.”

“Loved the very close proximity to the airport for our early morning flight. Clean, cute and comfortable. We struggled with the payment system, but that was a phone service issue on our end. Would have been easier if we could've paid in the Expedia app. The owner was very accommodating though and met us so we could pay with cash. Thank you!”

“The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. We had a rental car, which would normally park on the street, but the owner was generous and allowed us to park in the garage as no one else was using it at the time. “Ups: Beautiful, old buildings with murals surrounded by all kinds of flowers and trees. The place feels very secure. Great breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, gallo pinto, bread etc. Downs: They were supposed to provide kitchenware but it was not enough to actually cook for a family. Our room was neglected and the shower was not a pleasure to use. The pool was super cold and a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures but they do have a jacuzzi that was great!”
