“The plates were not clean, we had to was them with cleaning before we could use them. The personal was a bit rude, the only one who was nice was the frontdesk manager. The beds were bad, every time you moved in the bed they sound very loud!”

“Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways.”

“Super clean. Very friendly and accommodating host. We enjoyed the sounds of Hawaiian nature lullabies and alarm clock (frogs and chickens). Convenient to many Kona activities, the airport, and Costco!”
