“Gammalt, smutsigt och slitet hotell. Dåliga sängar. Ingen utsikt c:a 50 cm utanför fönstret hade vi en husvägg. Frågan är hur säkert det skulle vara att ta sig ut fönstervägen vid en eventuell brand. Bokade ett rum med dubbelsäng. Vi fick ett litet rum med en säng 1.40 - 1.50 cm. Påpekade detta i receptionen. De sa att jag endast betalat för en liten säng. Det var inget som framgick av Hotels.com när jag bokade. Inget val av vare sig rumsstorlek eller säng storlek. Valet var dubbel rum...

“We stayed one night when passing through. We had booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds, and it said it was for 4 persons in the booking. We are family with 3 children, 14, 12 and 7 years. So we expected to pay extra for the fifth person. When we came they forced us to book yet an other room with 3 beds. Because they thought the 4 person room wasn't enough. So we ended up paying for 7 beds. When I complained about this they were not willing to help us. They just blamed hotels.com. They could not...

“The hotel has a great location but the beach is eating up the ground and due to this they built concrete sections. You can still swim and hotel got a seating area with shadow.. The room we stayed in, facing mountain, was ok but yiu can see that maintenance isn't a priority and not super clean. Too few electric sockets and none near bed.
