“This place has such an amazing view. Very comfortable place to wake up in. Have the best view to sit and have a cup of coffee and start your day. The only thing I would change is maybe a little bit more soundproofing from the clients downstairs. The first evening there were some louder clients downstairs. Understandably there's nothing the host can really do about it. Just unfortunate some people are louder than others.”

“Three adults stayed for a week and fished. Great place to stay and awesome view. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. ”

“We had a great stay at the Shoreline. All of the rooms in the unit are large, giving us plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean and the location was convenient for all of our activities in Kodiak. If you plan on using the laundry, make sure to take enough quarters. I believe it was $1.50 for a load in the wash and $2.00 per load to dry. We had a great stay and I would recommend staying here on a trip to Kodiak.”

“Lodging was as advertised. A bit out of the way from downtown Kodiak, but not a far drive from anything and very clean. Would recommend if you need the space and/or a kitchen. ”

“A great 2 BR / 1 BA upstairs apartment. Comfortable living room and most of what you need to cook and dining table. Beds and pillows are ever comfortable. Love the double oven for cooking meals. Close to town. In a quiet neighborhood.”

“It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak.”

“I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears.”
