“We enjoyed our second visit at the guest house. Hannah responds promptly to text messages and is very accommodating. The guest house is comfortable and warm in the winter and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to shopping and ice cream and the owners have a little store if there's something your forgot to bring. Would recommend!”

“Absolutely loved this property. The house was as welcoming and homey as your own! The fridge was nicely stocked with essentials upon arrival (even had organic yogurt pouches for my little one). The basement is nice and wide open for little ones to run around! The beds are all firm memory foam which I am not a fan of but of course that is preference! ”

“My Daughter and I needed a fall getaway for some quiet time and this was perfect for a few days. It was very much like a small cottage. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor and more geared for children but the first floor bedroom is very comfortable and both beds gave a great nights sleep. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. We had a lovely time.”

Not only was it a convenient 3-minute drive from the venue, but we were very close to downtown Lancaster and all the weekend festivities. Having our own private entry was a bonus due to our early flight home on check-out day. Catherine was quick to respond to any inquiries and was a gracious host. Would highly recommend this quaint apartment for your next stay!”

“This house was an excellent size for our family of 5. The kitchen had plenty of bowls/plates/cups. It also had a toaster and pots for cooking a light breakfast. The house is older and has more of the “old house charm” than I expected, with lots of character in the walls and staircase. The home was very very clean though! And had lovely hot water. For the price, this was a great option for us. The location was also very convenient. ”
