"Our room was very spacious with a pre room with sofa and TV. Nice bathroom with full sized bath tub and a spacious bedroom with a nice view of bay and town. Service was good, my charger broke and they provided me with one, I asked if i could checkout 1h later, no problem."

"This hotel is for sure one of the best I stayed at. We got a great offer for uppgrade when we arrived which meant the 31st floor. Such an amazing view! Stunning! The beds were really comfortable and I loved that the toilet was in a separate room, and also the showerroom with both amazing shower and the possibility to take a bath. Nice and luxurious feeling bath robes and the amenities. The breakfast offerered big varietes and possibility to ger your omelette made as you prefer. Close to Namba station, walking distanse. You have everything you need in this area, with lots of shops and convenient stores. Very good service from staff at the hotel. I would really recommend this Hotel, and I hope I Will have possibility to return some day "

"Ett utdaterad lyxhotell. Väldigt gammalmodig inredning. Rummet kändes gammalt och unket. Badrummet trångt och som från 70-talet. Sköna kuddar och täcke. Frukosten hade en hel del att välja bland men allt var ljummet och det var extremt mycket kakor och annat sött. "
