Stugan ligger 5 minuter från Windham på en cul de sac och har grannar på ena sidan och statliga land på den andra, så mycket privatliv. Är det helt renoverat. Köket är fullt utrustat och väntar på din fantasi. Det finns ett komplett badrum på varje våning. Sovrummet på första våningen har en queen size-säng, på andra våningen finns ett sovrum med två våningssängar och ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Det finns ett stort däck med Adirondack-stolar och gaseldstad där du trots kulden kan njuta av en kopp kaffe eller en varm kopp te. Lugn och avkoppling väntar på dig ...

Amazing wooded getaway
Diana’s chalet was even better than I had imagined. It had everything we needed for a special getaway. We especially loved that it was so private and backed up to woods. The many outdoor amenities were so enjoyable to use- the pizza oven and bbq hut- and we wished we had booked a longer stay. Having a first floor accessible bedroom was great for friends who couldn’t do stairs. Highly recommended!

Great time!
The place was very clean and had great decor! The hot tub was so relaxing to have, as well as the porch swing, and it’s secluded for quiet, but not too far away from town still. Would definitely go again!

Best host and houses
I rented from Diana during the entire season and I cannot be happier with both the houses as well as the host. A special retreat
We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this property. When Hurricane Ian destroyed the hotel we planned to visit in Florida during our kids’ winter break we were really disappointed…but found this little getaway and decided to make the best of it. We had such a great time. The house was clean with new fixtures, beds super comfortable, and the amenities were awesome. We used the hot tub every day and the bbq hut was such a special bonus. The kids (8, 6, 4) were more happy in there than a restaurant…and we all ate more s’mores than we could count. Great central location with plenty to do. The owners were fast to respond to every question and we could tell they went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay. Highly recommend this rental!

A treasure located in the Scenic Catskill Mountains
A beautiful quiet retreat located in the Catskills. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing time. The host was extremely available and quickly responded to a few questions we had. Overall, would not hesitate to go back.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin
This property exceeded my expectations. The property manager was incredibly communicative, the property was clean and well appointed, and there was so much to do on property. We came to ski at Windham, but we spent plenty of time just enjoying the house, the fire pit, the porch swing, and the barbecue hut. We would definitely come back and rent again. We had our three-year-old and five-year-old with us, and they enjoyed being able to run around on the spacious property, and I enjoyed being on a quiet street.

So much in one place
This house has so much. Beautifully appointed inside and out: modern baths and fixtures, all wood living room, large flat screen TV, great wood stove that you can view the fire burning, awesome modern kitchen. Can’t say enough how comfortable we felt staying there. We will definitely be back!

Cozy and fun family getaway
We went away for NYE weekend with family, and our 5 guests in total were very comfortable and had a fun, enjoyable experience at the house. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and we slept well. We would love to come back in the summer to be able to spend more time outdoors in the awesome backyard. The area felt remote, which we wanted, but not totally alone as there are neighboring houses not too far away on the same street. Great distance from both Hunter and Windham mountains, and we enjoyed dinners at Deer Mountain Inn and Prospect at Scribner's Catskills Lodge.

Wonderful and Relaxing!
The house was just as described and absolutely spotless! Great modern kitchen, lovely bedding and super cozy den. The deck and outdoor area is the star. The swing lounge and a book is all you need. Great location, private but close to everything to explore the area. Windham is adorable and lots of outdoor activities. Would love to come and stay again.

Lovely getaway
Convenient and spotless stay with considerate communication from Diana. Nice outdoor areas including the wrap around porch and sweet little deck off the upstairs bedroom. Lots of yard for our dogs to run around and our toddler to explore. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cute cabin
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time at Diana's house. The porch was great and despite the cold weather, we were able to snuggle up on the daybed swing. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was comfortingly clean. The owner was very accessible and responded quickly to quesitons.

Remote mountain retreat
The house is completely updated and wonderful for anyone that needs to get away from their daily pressures. Plan to bring food to cook rather than going out. Very few restaurants and the grocery store is a hike.

October Getaway
My husband and I are educators from NYC operating completely virtual from our tiny apartment in Manhattan. While we still had to teach virtually during the week, we wanted to find a place upstate where we could spread out a bit. Diana's house was the perfect place for us to spend our little getaway. Her home is beautifully designed and maintained which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time after working each day. The internet was steady and reliable which also made working from "home" less stressful. We also were extremely appreciative of how responsive Diana was when we had questions or needed suggestions during our stay. We will absolutely be looking into booking this home again in the future when we need another getaway from the city. Thank you, Diana!

Perfection!
This was the perfect getaway for my family. The house was immaculate. Every light switch was labeled, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need to prepare meals. Never had any issues with the TV or internet connection. Our favorite part of the house was sitting outside on the porch in front of the fire roasting marshmallows. Our 2 year old son loved the porch swing bed and chasing little frogs around in the grass after it rained. The main floor was the perfect size for us 2 adults, a 2 year old and 2 dogs, we didn’t have to utilize the upstairs but that was so spacious another whole family could’ve stayed up there no problem. A beautiful open layout and lots of natural sunlight throughout. We will definitely be making this a yearly family trip. Just under a two hour drive from home but a perfect quiet getaway. Diana is so nice and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend staying in this great home away from home.
