“We booked the KOA as our family was in desperate need of a place to stay due to a delay in escrow closing on our new home. This location was absolutely perfect. The amenities like the playground, putt putt, bbq, and pool were exactly what we needed for our children. Staff were wonderful with the exception of the last person who would not allow us to pay for a late checkout even though it was advertised and offered to us at the beginning of our stay. That was disappointing and a little stressful...

“This is a new home in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner had snacks in tbt kitchen and bottled water in the fridge. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back when traveling through Kingman again.”

“We came into town to celebrate a family wedding. We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, grill and hang out while we were in town. It was very clean and well taken care of. Most anything we needed was available at the property, which is so nice when you’re flying and limited on what you can bring. We loved staying here and will definitely return when we come back for another visit.”
