"Good Hotel in Center. Easy to reach by AirportExpress/Subway. Nice and friendly staff,mainly good English. Rooms are a little older but in good and clean condition. Our room on 13th floor had a nice view and the beds were comfortable with a more soft matrass. Breakfast Buffet was fresh and had plenty of choice. They helped us with booking of a private driver to the Great Wall and cost was cheaper than on the main online sites. Also helped us registrate for Tiananmen, as it has to be done the day before. All in all, we were satisfied."

"Hotellet ligger centralt. 10 min promenad till Yuyuan garden och där finns många matställen och en del shopping. Metro linje 10 och 14 ligger på andra sidan gatan dvs 1 min promenad från hotellet. Frukosten är okej,det är ett stort utbud för den som äter allt. Mycket kineskisk mat, men för lite västerländsk mat. Personalen är väldigt vänlig och personal i receptionen pratar väldigt bra engelska. "

The breakfast I think is good with big selection however more Asian/Chinese food than western (lived at Marriott and Radisson before and they have bigger selection of western food). "Room was slightly too warm even with A/C on lowest temperature and A/C somewhat noisy. Apart from that everything was great, breakfast very good. Great view and location can't be better. Cleaning was excellent as well. Very good value for the money. Would definitely consider staying at this hotel next time in Shanghai as well."
