Lovely and as described

Family time in Kihei
We loved the convenience of this property. We could walk to many restaurants and beaches in both directions and just a short ride to the resort beaches for excellent snorkeling. It was also nice that each adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The property managers were available for any needs.

Great location
The place was nice and quiet. The location was awesome. Walking distance to the beach, store or restaurants. The only items that was not usable were umbrellas that were there, but broken.

First Maui trip
We loved this condo. It was (1) very comfortable, (2) had everything we needed, and (3) centrally located. The entire rental process went smoothly. Communication with the property manager was efficient and effective. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice spot for family
We were looking for 3br 3bath and this fit the bill. Ground floor access was handy. Easy walking to shops and beach. Had 6 beach chairs & cooler which was handy. We used the BBQ and pool areas as well.

Good Place
Good location. Great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our group. The downside was that the dishwasher was broken through our whole stay. The left light above the third bathroom flickered and then was turned off. The TV remotes in the 2nd and third bedrooms didn’t work. All these issues were assessed and parts were to be resolved by owner.

Overall the property suited our needs. Close to beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Just had a few minor housekeeping issues, all addressed promptly. Pool (not the hot tub) opened up while we were there which was great!

Mold/Mildew issues!
I booked this unit for 9 nights during the Christmas/New Year high season so I paid the top price. I was traveling with my three grandchildren. Upon arrival, we found mold/mildew in the washer, dryer, window coverings, and air conditioning unit. In addition, there was a bag of someone's shoes and other items left on the table. I notified the property managers immediately and included pictures via text. There was a huge yuck factor! I suffer from asthma and so does one of my grandkids so this was a health issue for us. We had no way of knowing if this was a benign mildew or toxic black mold. I asked we be moved to another property ASAP. I did get a prompt reply saying our problem would be passed along to management, and said there were no other properties available, and they would send someone to inspect the place but did not say when. We spent one night because we were so tired from travel and were not up to finding another place to stay so late in the evening on the busiest tourist week of the year. I tried to contact the management company the next morning. When I didn’t get a prompt reply I informed them we decided to not take a potential health risk and moved out. A refund was denied because we left before waiting for an inspection. At the very least this unit was not properly cleaned and the "mildew" (if that is what is was) was gross, especially around the windows in two of the bedrooms.

Great place - has pretty much all you need.
Great communication with the management company - they were proactive and responded quickly if I had questions. Kitchen has all the hardware, but given the climate only salt, pepper and coffee. It is ground floor - so no need to climb stairs and the bush outside gives good privacy. The closest beach is Charley Young - great to go for sunset, but if you want to see turtles - walk a little to the end of kamaole 1. ABC store nearby is excellent.

The place is advertised as having a pool and hot tub. They gave us the wrong code to access these even after multiple communications. Then they closed both for half of our stay in order to have them re-tiled. there was no warning or communication. I would like to receive a refund since I paid to use them and was not able to.

Great location
We stayed here in April 2023. The unit is well set up for family with grandparents or another couple traveling together. 3 bathrooms is hard to find. The location is a huge selling feature. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches so our group could split up without needing a vehicle. Charlie Young is a great beach. Far enough off the road that traffic noise wasn't an issue. There was an issue with the hot tub during our stay that wasn't fixed before we left. The outside sitting area is limited but nice to have a bit more space on the ground floor. There was construction happening in the lot next door which was quite noisy at times during the day but we were away most of the time.

Great location and love the town!
All amenities were great, and the closest beach was amazing! Shade and snorkeling! Great town to take a surf lesson, since the waves are perfect. Also, shopping and amazing restaurants are all a short walk. It’s an older building, and the unit has been renovated, but there is a persistent mold smell in the bedroom that people with sensitive respiratory systems would not love. Also, there is a request to take out garbage daily, but not enough garbage bags supplied to do so. Stingy supplies on laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent as well. If you want to maintain a clean environment, pay attention to the length of the stay, and provide adequate supplies.

Loved the place overall short walk to the beach and shops. Pool, hot tub were great and it felt very safe. Would stay here again, our only complaint would be that the floors were dirty but everything else was clean.

Good location with east check in
We found the location to be great! There was beach access right across the street and the other beaches we went to were only a few minutes away by car. This location is perfect for waking to some great restaurants as well. Having 3 on-suite bathrooms was one the the best parts of this unit!! It was great to be able to unpack all of your bathroom necessities and leave them there without having to move them out for someone else! No fighting over one shower at the end of the day when everyone is trying to get ready for the evening. The only part of the description of the property we were a bit disappointed with was that the lanai was very small and faced the parking lot. We knew it was on the ground level but it looked like a garden view in the pics. Not a deal breaker but we would have enjoyed some outdoor space to be in without having a visual of the parking lot. Otherwise the communication by the management company was excellent and check-in was a breeze!! Highly recommend this unit.

This was a great unit because it has 3 bdrms all with their own bathrooms. It is in a great location too, across the street from the beach, 20 mins from the airport and in the middle of great restaurant's and shopping. A must stay.

Convenient Property
The property is conveniently located near the beach, as well as cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool amenities and the additional parking spot. The place was clean and it was really nice having three bathrooms as there were 5 adults staying at the property. Opportunities for improvement include stocking the room with better pots and pans, and offering a later checkout. We had issues with checkout and got locked out of our condo 1 hour before checkout. Thankfully the issue was quickly resolved.
