River Bank Lodge 2919 är ett utmärkt läge för familjen. Dessa lägenheter ligger på gångavstånd till antingen River Run Gondola eller Peru Lift. Den kostnadsfria Keystone Shuttle-tjänsten ligger några steg bort och tar dig över hela orten. Dercum Square Ice Rink och Kidtopia Headquarters ligger också intill lägenheten.

Titta på Kidtopia fyrverkerier under högvintersäsongen varje lördag från de stora fönstren i vardagsrummet när du värmer tårna vid gasspisen. Vardagsrummet har också en TV, DVD-spelare och bekväm soffa och slutstol.

Detta helt ombyggda lägenhet har bildfönster med skidområde och utsikt över bergen. Sovrummet är möblerat med en dubbelsäng och platt-TV. Det finns ett helt ombyggt badrum utanför hallen.

Keystone Resort Stay
This property was in a really good location. It was clean and accurately listed and the kitchen was well stocked. There were a couple things we didn’t like that much but also didn’t take the time to put in maintenance requests. The bathroom toilet was a bit low on water pressure so didn’t really flush properly. The shower was also really slow to drain so we had to wait quite a bit of time to let it drain before the next person could shower. But overall I really liked this property!

Great location!
The unit was great, short walk to the lifts, shopping and restaurants. Unbeatable view for the price. Only downfall was the fireplace wasn’t working, took multiple days and multiple conversations before someone would come check it out, followed by not being able to have a “fireplace repair service ” available till after my stay. Bottom line the unit is well worth the value.

Disappointed
The property is not as described. It is not recently renovated as implied. It says "remodeled", when would be my question. One wine glass, one plastic wine cup, and two glasses. The condo was clean, but the closets were cluttered with "stuff". The ceiling looks as if there was previous damage (perhaps water) and it was poorly repaired that the whole ceiling was not painted. You couldn't sit at the table without having to move furniture.

Vacasa ruined much of our getaway
Suffice it to say Vacasa was horrible to work with. Vacasa seems to do everything using boilerplate language. Many of the instructions and information pertained to other rental complexes, not the one we were in. No one ever dropped off parking passes as promised and we management had several signs threatening to boot cars without passes. We were on a 2-night getaway for a special occasion and I spent a few hours of it on text, calls, online trying to deal with Vacasa who has NO customer service skills. I will never deal with them again, nor should anyone else. Overall the condo was okay, but pretty much everything Vacasa told us was wrong so we wasted lots of time and effort trying to undo their mistakes. Go elsewhere and actually enjoy your time away. Oh, and if Vacasa posts a reply saying they are really sorry about this, my response is put your money where your mouth is and work on training your staff to actually help your clients.

Nice place to stay at
Nice place within a walking distance to lifts. The place is little dated but fine. Had a little issue and couldn’t figure out how to get in touch with anyone. There should be a number to call someone in case of emergency. Overall we had a good stay.

Great Stay!
We had such a cozy stay. Great location and very close to the gondola. It was amazing to be able to easily walk to the base and mountain village. It could use some updating but it did not bother us - it had what we needed! I do feel it's a great space for 2-3 people.

It was a good stay and a great vacation considering it was the first time we had ever been to Colorado, when we first arrived our sheets had not been changed but I will say the people working for Vacasa was more than helpful, they got them changed the very next day to make our stay more comfortable

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE - AVOID
Three main problems - 1. First and primarily, the room WREAKED of cigarette smoke. I have never ever smelled a room so bad. It wreaked everywhere, even in the bathroom. Customer service did not attempt to fix it nor offer a refund. Definitely not a good place for a romantic getaway. 2. The check-in process is horrible. I thought maybe the whole company was a scam. The office you check-in is a remote location far from the actual room. You thus have to find the place which is difficult and pay for uber or drive to your actual location. 3. Poor customer service. They did not allow for early check-in or for a late check-out, even of an hour! Since they don't have an office they don't have a place for you to store your bags either.

Best Value View
Checking in/out was a little odd since we didn’t actually meet with anyone from Vacasa. I was sent with clear instructions via email and easily obtained the room keys and parking permit. Anytime I had called Vacasa, there was no hold time to talk to a representative and got all my questions answered. This home had us in awe the moment we stepped in. It’s such a nice little place with great views in a quiet area. The home was fully equipped with small kitchen appliances/tools and a washer/dryer available for use. The view was better than expected although get ready to not have a good night sleep. Although maximum occupancy is 4 people, it’s probably more comfortable with just 2 people. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids and it was a little crammed with no space to put our luggage. Side note: there is no elevator on site so expect to carry all your luggage up the stairs. The only reason why I’m giving this home a 3 star overall rating is because we could not sleep comfortably. The queen bed has a crater size dip in the middle so expect to cuddle all night long. The pull out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable so expect no sleep actually on frame of the sofa bed. I suggest moving the pad onto the floor and layering it with the extra blankets for extra padding to make it more tolerable. We would probably come back if the owner got a new bed and a new pad for the sofa bed. The views and the space were spectacular though which I suppose made up for sleepless nights.

Great location!
Great location and great week of skiing. Highly recommend this condo. The only issue we had was with the blinds - they need a new one in the main room and they need one in the bedroom that better blocks the light from the outside hallway. Otherwise a fantastic and memorable experience. We'd stay there again!

It was such a quiet, quaint, and peaceful place. Perfect place to stay if you want to relax!
Let's just start with the mountain view! It was amazing!! The condo itself was so homey and better than advertised. It literally has EVERYTHING you could ever need. It was neat and spacious. The sleeping was comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked. If you didn't know how to use the appliances there were thorough directions. Just a great condo overall with nice surprising touches. Definitely recommend.
