Step up to this picture perfect setting surrounded by lush vegetation drawing you into your island dwelling. Find yourself greeted inside with a tastefully decorated and sun-filled Great Room perfect for bringing the family together. Cozy and inviting furnishings surround a flat screen TV for movie and game nights. A fully equipped and updated kitchen allows you to whip up your meals seamlessly for everyone to enjoy around the dining table for 6 or casually at the bar top for 3. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Head up to the second level to a king guest room with a flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a shower and jet tub with an adjoining balcony off the suite. On the 3rd floor you will find a room with two twins that can convert to a king upon request, and another queen guest room across the hall. A shared bathroom lies steps away with a shower. A sofa sleeper occupies the Great Room with the convenience of a powder room nearby.

Great Location
Located 1 block away from Duval Street. Property Manager answered our few questions almost immediately. We enjoyed the pool and ease of checking in and out. Centrally located by everything. I would recommend if you need 3 bedrooms downtown. Off street parking for one car is also included.

Perfect New Years Getaway

We spent Christmas in Key West and this place was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean, we loved the pool which was warm since it was a tad chilly outside, the host provided all information we needed and location was perfect walking distance to everything but also quiet. A/C is cold, beds comfy, pool is small but adequate. Most of the time we were away from house sight seeing anyway. I do wish there was another comfy chair in living area. We couldn’t all fit on couch. All in all very nice place to stay.

Fabulous day in Key West
From the moment we arrived at our Key West retreat, we were enchanted despite the initial hiccup of discovering that two of the bedrooms were situated on the third floor. Yes, the stairs were a bit of a challenge, but what awaited us inside made it all worthwhile. The accommodation was exceptionally cozy, with a delightful small pool that became our little oasis. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the location could not have been better, placing us right in the heart of Kew West and Duvall st This place is an absolute gem for two couples seeking a memorable getaway. While it would feel snug for three couples due to the layout and privacy considerations, for our group, it was perfect. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Key West, where the charming ambiance and excellent amenities made our trip fabulous!

A Key Escape was really delightful everything in the house worked, and it was not lacking for anything even in the kitchen where you often, get frustrated when you can’t find something. I chose to sleep in the twin room with my son, so that the other two sons could have bigger rooms and still it was extremely comfortable. The comforter and the sheets, the pillows, everything!

A Gem of a House Close to Everything in Oldtown Key West
My husband and I took our two sons and their wives for their first visit to Key West. We fell in love with the pictures of the property. This house looks exactly as in the photos. It is clean and plenty spacious for 6 adults. The pool is not huge, but we all fit comfortably for a day of relaxing and watching football. We used the concierge service for groceries upon arrival, luggage storage and bike rentals and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property manager, Brian, was incredibly helpful also. He reached out to me several days in advance, was super quick to respond, gave great recommendations and was overall awesome to work with. This property was the icing on the cake of our Key West vacation!

Perfect location
Great property! It is 3 levels/floors and bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors so don’t recommend if you have problems with stairs. Otherwise perfect for family get away. Pool is in nice shady area off deck and nice fior quick dip to cool off or play with kids after hot day out. Brian was our property manager and he was very responsive. Location is perfect! Close to Duval but just far enough off to get away! Golf cart rental right across street. Mintys was awesome and made golf cart rental fast and easy and let us park cart in lot overnight and pick back up in morning which was great due to limited parking!
