“If you are looking for something different and more of an experience for your stay, this house boat is something to consider. You have to take a dingy (very stable) out the the boat, a decent distance offshore, but everything worked great and was easy to operate. We brought groceries with us and there is a nice kitchen area and refrigerator that worked well for us. The stay on the boat was a nice getaway if you are looking for some solitude and quietness. “We LOVED the Grey Lady and Mangrove Marina. Like another reviewer stated - location, location, location, which is why I picked this particular houseboat for my husband and I. It sits at the end of the marina with unobstructed views. I only have a few minor complaints. 1) I did not receive any communication regarding the check in process. “Everything was great. Houseboat was clean and functional. Folks at the marina were friendly and at night we met many locals at The Dive Bar. Good food and company by the fire, cornhole, friendly kids who live at the marina taught our son to fish and catch lobsters. Great time, we look forward to going back! ”

“We loved our stay. There were some issues with our house boat when we got in. We checked in super late, but the staff more than made up for it the next day. Super friendly and responsive. They were awesome, and waited until we left for the day and came in promptly handling everything.The property itself was heavenly. We will definitely come again. “Lourdes was a gem to work with! The moment we walked in she made us feel right at home, so do the people that stay on the boat full time. We saw about 5 manatees right in front of our boat, and about 4 nurse sharks. Absolutely amazing! The price was very reasonable. Nothing fancy. “Boarding process was quick and easy waste no time hitting the water, watching the sun go down and had 1 of many great meals aboard the boat. Kenny and Monica were pleasant welcoming hosts and put a lot of effort into making sure all is entertaining, enjoyable and fun aboard the boat. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun adventure to book a trip with them.”

“This place was beautiful and peaceful our only complaint would have to be that due to reservations with our Charter we were never able to resolve the issue with the TV in our room because we were gone before the office opened and Made it back after the office closed. Other than that everyone at the marina was kind and welcoming”
