Det 3 011 kvadratmeter stora huset har ett komplett kök, ett stort bord i matsalen och ett andra bord i köket. Det finns ett kylskåp i full storlek och ugn. Det stora rummet har en storskärms-TV, spelbord, en bar med ett kylskåp i full storlek plus en separat ismaskin. Det finns tre rymliga sovrum, två på övervåningen och befälhavaren ligger på huvudnivån.
Det stora sovrummet har en dusch, separat badkar och hans och hennes handfat. De två sovrummen på övervåningen delar ett badrum som innehåller två handfat och en stor dusch med en bänk. Ett halvt badrum ligger nere nära köket.
Det finns två bifogade gästkvarter. De 1 024 kvadratmeter stora gästkvarteren i Richland har fyra sovrum och två badrum, bestående av en dusch i ett badrum och en dusch, badkarkombination i det andra badrummet. De 1 065 kvadratmeter stora gästrummen i Chambers har två sovrum plus ett badrum med en stor handfat och dusch. Ett spelrum, beläget i Chambers gästkvarter, sportar ett biljardbord, kortbord och en storskärms-TV.
Trädgården på bakgården är cirka 40 X 60 fot och det perfekta stället för barn att åka skridskor, sväva ombord eller åka små leksaker. Det finns en stenräknare som är tillräckligt stor för att sätta på mat och många fläktar.

Fabulous location for a group get away
We had an amazing Christmas at this beautiful property. The owners/property manager were beyond helpful and kind - even having a Christmas tree assembled for us. Check in and out were exceptionally easy. This property easily can host parties of 10 with enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms so everyone has room for solitude as well as group time. There is a well stocked kitchen, plenty of fridge space and even an ice maker that was a hit with everyone. The outdoor kitchen was easy to use and has a wonderful inviting atmosphere. The fire pit was so cozy and easily can hold a large party so you can toast marshmallows and stargaze at the same time. Best of all, the property is pet friendly and we enjoyed having our furry family members with us as well. A thirty minute trip down the road brings you to Corsicana with modern conveniences like HEB and Starbucks but you have to pass the Russel Stover Factory/shops on the way and that’s just to hard to resist. We ended up with quite a bit of delicious candy. Navarro Hospital is also very close by in case of emergency and they have a very kind and efficient staff. Overall, a 10/10 and highly recommend this property for your large gathering needs.

Outstanding
Property was even better than the photos posted. Spacious common areas and covered patio with ample seating. Our family gathering with 5 adult children, spouses and grandkids was complete with this venue offering ample play areas and dock area for fishing with the littles. We would definitely do this property again.

Perfect for large groups
Enough indoor space to gather for meals and talking but individual rooms to "get away" to for reading or relaxing. Great outdoor space, large patio for everyone to sit, plentry of yard for games, and of course fishing from dock or shore. Great property.

Great Place All Around
This was our six year hosting a family reunion at this house and every year it is an anonymous yes to stay again. The house is very well maintained as well as the area around the house. The host and property manager are also top notch. Looking forward to many more stays here

Family Reunion
Excellent accommodations for our family of 12 adults and 1 baby! Great room and dining area accommodated all of us comfortably. Everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds were. The outside patio area included enough seating for all and the large uncovered patio was perfect for the corn hole game that we brought with us. Property manager's response was immediate and effective to any texts that we sent with questions or needs. The nearby Harbor Restaurant was excellent in food quality and friendliness of the wait staff.

Family vacation
This is our annual Family Vacation. We had adults and children and grandparents which is us. Ages 15 to 5 for the children. I can't even express how perfect our experience has been and this is our second year in a row to enjoy this wonderful place. Perfectly maintained and set up. Perfect for a big family with children. Lots of areas to hang out and lots of space to roam. The grandchildren ate every meal outside on the back porch together and told the adults we could just stay inside. I hesitate to say much more nice because I don't want other people to take our time and we won't be able to book it for next summer. Connie is the perfect host and we love love being there.

Great for a large group
Sunrise Cove was perfect for an extended family trip to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. We had 17 people there, including 7 kids from mid elementary school up to college age. There was plenty for everyone to do and lots of space to spread out. The lake access was perfect! The cove is very quiet and the 5 acres gave us tons of privacy. We were able to tie our two boats to the dock at the property. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock…caught several catfish and a turtle! Having the sidewalk and no stairs all the way from the patio to the dock was fantastic. The huge patio space was constantly in use and we used the outdoor kitchen every night. The house is well cared for and clean. It had everything we needed and communication with the host and property manager was excellent. A pretty severe storm blew in the first night we were there and the property manager sent us a text notification of the storm warning to ensure we were aware. We all agreed it was the perfect spot for our gathering and we would love to stay there again.

Family Reunion
The property was very clean, and in fact, one building had been obviously repainted very recently. Wish they might have aired it out a bit more before our arrival, but opening windows accomplished the task within hours. The a/c was obviously not working, but the host quickly responded by arranging for service call the next day. Plenty of room. What might have made the VRBO reach that next level is some items such as yard games (corn hole, yard darts, etc.) and/or other forms of entertainment. The caution about being aware of snakes should have been in the flyer. The TV/WIFI seemed to work fine but was not used a lot. There was an EXCELLENT fishing guide within about a mile of the facility which provided an avenue for those interested in fishing. Finally, due to the hospitalization of one family member we tried to change the date (after the deadline as most emergencies are) and the host was unwilling to budge - so be sure you are wanting to stay or eat the cost if there is an emergency before signing up. It met our need of providing lodging for a family of 10 adult siblings with spouses. The one addition had 2 bedrooms with one bathroom and it would have been helpful to know that one had to go thru the 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom. Ice machine and refrigerators were very nice and exceeded expectations.

Annual Thanksgiving Family Reunion
This property is outstanding in every respect. The layout was perfect for our extended family of 10 adults and six kiddos. The grounds are immaculately kept and spacious for outdoor activities of all kinds. Connie (the owner) and Angela (the property manager) were wonderful to communicate with - the perfect combination of responsive but not intrusive. We didn’t bring a boat but we might next time - there’s a ramp right on the property as well as a pier and dock, as the house is on a cove which leads into a 44,000 acre reservoir which the locals told us is brimming with white bass and catfish. (For the less adventurous, fishing right off the dock is another option.) The beds were comfortable, the technology worked great and the availability of 5-1/2 bathrooms was a real luxury for our clan. We can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Absolutely amazing.
We hosted our 19 year Iraq War reunion here for Veterans Day 2023. This place was absolutely perfect! Its clean, spacious, private, and offered all the amenities our group of 12 needed. The managers were very helpful, and made everything so easy. If you have a large family, or are looking to host a small group for some relaxation, this is the perfect place. We couldn't be happier.

Family Reunion
This was an incredible find! We had 4 generations represented for our reunion with parents, 4 sibs (2 spouses), 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. There was plenty of space for all of us to be together and to be separate (when needed). The property was clean and wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to cook, play, visit, and simply be around each other. We enjoyed the lake which was around 100 yds from the back door. We also spent time eating and visiting outside on the shaded patio and playing pickle ball and basketball on the concrete slabs and badminton in the grass. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Connie was so kind and gracious and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and check out were incredibly simple. Everyone in the group commented on what a perfect spot this was, despite the August heat in Texas :)

Perfect for large families
Excellent place to accommodate large families. The home has many bedrooms/beds and room to spread out. Our group of 16 had a blast. Our teens especially loved jumping into the water, playing basketball, and the volleyball net. There is also plenty of yard for hide-and-go-seek and running around. Another plus is the neighbors are not super close, so didn't have to worry about being too loud. Connie and Angela took care of everything beforehand and were easily assessable. The place was perfect!

Great Place Great Time
We host our family reunion here every year and it is large enough to hold us all. All the bedrooms are great but the view from and the size of the back yard are outstanding. Then there is a patio to cook and enjoy each others company.
