“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“We loved our stay at Lopesan. We were there to celebrate New Year 2025. The hotel is beautiful and well kept; we always saw it being cleaned and even painted, etc. It has excellent options for all ages, the sports bar and night club are so nice. We had a wonderful time and my teenagers (18 & 16) had the time of their lives. Everything is done in great taste and design, every detail taken care of. The food was fantastic everywhere and the staff was helpful with my wheat allergy. Maybe more...
