“Lobby and common areas were nice, staff was very polite and nice. But cleanliness is everything when it comes to a pleasant stay and our room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned for a LONG time. The carpet was worn and filthy and there were hairs (not ours) and stains on the bedding. However, we just needed a place to sleep after a long drive and I'm sure the staff would have helped us change the room if we'd told them about the problem right away.”

“Room was a little cold and needed some minor cosmetic work done. Restaurant, bar, and Starbucks were all closed because of a low volume night. Not having all of the amenities promised was disappointing. ”
