“The toilet was broken. Flushing water disturbed our night sleep. They didn’t have any door to the shower and toilet. No privacy! We asked the staff to fix the toilet, they tried but couldn’t repair it. They told us that it should be fixed after we left!? Didn’t help us! The small area at the pool was ruff, broken sunbeds. You had to bring the towels from the room. ”

The location is also great for getting around Selcuk. St. John's Basilica is almost right across the street and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Nilya.”

“The Livia Garden Hotel is superb! It’s historic yet has ultra modern conveniences. As much as I loved the hotel design, the welcoming and friendly staff was even better! Fantastic location in most charming town. I highly recommend stopping over in Selcuk just to stay here! We stayed two nights and I didn’t want to leave! Perfection!”

“Good breakfast and the owner was very helpful. Our tour's pickup time was at 8 AM and he served our breakfast at 7 AM instead of 8:30AM the usual time. We communicate through Whatsapp and he responded quickly. The room is big, nice and clean just as the picture showed in Expedia. He has a pizza place in front of the St John Church. We ate dinner on his rooftop restaurant with a beautiful scenery.”
