“Pros: very clean, spacious room with A/C and great location with lovely breakfast Cons: what the description doesn’t make clear is that the “hotel” is 5 rooms sandwiched on a floor between a coffee shop (below) and pizza restaurant (above) …our room must have been right under the kitchen because until ~10:40pm (22:40) we could hear every chair scrape, clanging dish, and thumping music above us * if you are at all sensitive to noise this is NOT the place for you* ***the Expedia listing says...

“Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff was so kind, breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Best in Turkey so far. Central courtyard was so peaceful, room was cool and perfectly clean. Wonderful stay, hope to return soon.”

“The toilet was broken. Flushing water disturbed our night sleep. They didn’t have any door to the shower and toilet. No privacy! We asked the staff to fix the toilet, they tried but couldn’t repair it. They told us that it should be fixed after we left!? Didn’t help us! The small area at the pool was ruff, broken sunbeds. You had to bring the towels from the room. ”

“This was a last minute reservation and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The location was prime and the property was beautiful. The staff were all wonderful and kind. “Good breakfast and the owner was very helpful. Our tour's pickup time was at 8 AM and he served our breakfast at 7 AM instead of 8:30AM the usual time. We communicate through Whatsapp and he responded quickly. The room is big, nice and clean just as the picture showed in Expedia. He has a pizza place in front of the St John Church. We ate dinner on his rooftop restaurant with a beautiful scenery.”

“Host was very knowledgeable. Planned out travels with a personalized map for us to use. Hotel near many good restaurants and several ancient city sites. All in walking distance. Bed and pillows were best we had on our journey around Turkey.”

“Outstandingly lovely boutique hotel we stayed at during our road trip through the aegean coast line of Turkey. The authentic design throughout the site gives a very interesting feeling about the Turkish culture with a touch of ancient greek features.
