“The view was beautiful, but the house needs some work done for example lights around the pool were broken, there were cockroaches, windows were dirty, broken dishwasher and microwave, no plates/cups in downstairs kitchen. Balcony was dirty.”

“Property was amazing. Accommodated all our 11 members, including an 18 mth old. Aircon in the lounge was spitting out water when we checked in, and the host was able to get it fixed during our stay. The only issue was no mop available, or we did not locate it on premises and no dust pan and brush. This was a small issue. Blinds in the down stairs rumpus would be a great addition for those sleeping there due to the morning sunlight. Other than that our stay was amazing.”

“We enjoyed our week up there. Had some noisey neighbours for a couple of nights, but the owner was very helpful and apologetic to sort out the situation. Just a heads up the pool is communal not attached to the house as we assumed. The place was great for two couples as we had our own spaces upstairs and downstairs. Well worth the extra money to stay here than going to a slightly cheaper option in the area.”

“Overall we had a very good stay in this property. The pool itself is really small and not heated so it can be only used to soak in during the day and not for swimming or splashing at night. It is also not secluded as it is next to another’s property pool with a view on each other. In a nutshell we have not used it and hence accuracy of online listing is rated lower. “Overall great stay! House was clean, comfortable and very well equipped! We loved the short walk to all the amenities Airlie has to offer! Would love to come back! Minor issues: No kitchen towels or sponge for use. A few Beach towels were still in the laundry which hadn’t been run.”

“The house was a very special place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. Spacious, well equipped, fantastic view, glorious deck area and wonderful secluded location. Being able to use all the facilities of Catseye beach and then retreat to our own home from home was wonderful. Everyone had their own space and the communal areas were large and airy.
