“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“We had a great stay in Newport. The unit was close to downtown, easy to walk to. The apartment was so neat, clean and updated. Nice touch to have coffee, sugar, 1/2 and 1/2. Just wish there was better parking. The streets were extremely crowded but all in all would 100% rent again. Thank you. ”

“We loved our stay at Lookout Loft, it was super clean, exactly as pictured on VRBO, comfortable, easy, clear directions for parking and check in. The location is fabulous, right above a store on Thames St, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had no issues with outside noise at night, we all slept great! “The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones.”
