"Very nice hotel with superb service from everyone in the staff. Lovely beds and clean and nice rooms. The only thing I can feel was outdated are the showers. Hard to stand in a bath tube and wash your hair when the shower is lower than you. Beside the poor showering conditions we were really satisfied with the room. Good area close to city hall and walking distance to Shinjuku station. A must is to try the Teppan-yaki at 7F, the best meat I have eaten in the World! "

"Bra läge nära tunnelbana, bra ramen-ställe och äffärer. Vi hade utsikt: häftigt. Härligt stt kunna bada i det japanska badet. Det enda negativs är att de inte har koll på hållbarhet. Vi fick nya handdukar, muggar, enhångsartiklar etc arje dag"

"A nice resort hotel with its own Japanese bathhouse, traditional trappings like tatami mats, hotel issued clothing and leaving your shoes at the hotel entrance. The room was nice but it's the extras that make the hotel. The bathhouse has 4 big pools, a couple of smaller ones and a sauna for the mens side (I assume similar on the women's). It is open 3pm to 10am so you can visit whenever. At 21-23 the hotel supplies ramen to its guests, and it is well attended. Nice and cosy experience. The location is very central with easy access to multiple subways and long distance trains. Lots of shrines, restaurants and other attractions in the neighbourhood."

"Hotellet ligger bra läge, nära till stationen och köpcentret. Bra service och rummet var alltid rent och fint. Enda som var sämre är frukostbuffét, saknar pålägg som ost och skinka. "

"I think it was great. Clean and great service. The washing machines was easy to access. The only down side for me was that the gym was small and didn't have any dumbbells. The price was also good. "
