Fully equipped kitchen includes wine & beverage cooler and fully equipped kitchen to make all your favorites from home. Enjoy the free standing soaking tub, walk in showers and new flat screen TV's in every room. Host just 20 min. away and easily available to make sure your stay is perfect.

Miles long, clean, beautiful sand beach just a 2 min walk or less across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, festivals & shopping. Starbucks on the same block! Use beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and more then wash off at the outdoor shower. Enjoy the vast array of games & puzzles. Easy check in and checkout with pin pad. Onsite Parking for 4 cars!

Great location and fantastic host!
So close to the beach we could see the ocean from several windows. The property was clean and nicely furnished- just as the photos show. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking, eating and entertaining needs. Elizabeth was a great host. Quick to respond and and provide guidance and assistance.

Elizabeth was a great host, responsive, simple process in easy detail. Home is very clean & updated. We enjoyed a slow morning drinking coffee viewing photography books provided, kids enjoyed people & dog watching off the balcony. Very cozy & homey, active community walking outdoors. Nice location. Multi level was great for our large geoupwith many ages.

Close to the beach and perfect for families
We booked this unit for a family, with 5 adults and two kids. The property was spacious, with 3 floors and had enough space for us to spread out. The beds were so comfortable and the property was super clean. It was decorated so cute too and the little labels were so helpful. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We will be back to this property for sure.

Perfect place on Jax Beach
This experience was perfect. The listing was enticing,and the real life experience was better than anticipated. The home is convenient to everything. Just s few steps to the beach and down the street fro ma coffeeshop and shopping. The house was clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend this for anyone going to Jax beach.

Waking Up by the Ocean!
We were looking for the perfect weekend getaway and this property was perfect! From walking in the door to sitting on the balcony off the master bedroom watching the ocean waves, we really enjoyed this property. We have stayed in several houses/condos in Jax Beach and this one was the best! The property includes lots of little things other places miss. We were greeted with a personal welcome note and basket with popcorn and candy. The place was spotless and what might sound silly, there’s labels on most every switch, door, and detailed directions on how to manage all the devices. It’s nice to have that direction as you aren’t wasting time trying to figure out how things work! Plus, that gives you more time to spend on the beach which is physically across the street. The host was super responsive and polite. She definitely made it a seamless weekend! It’s an ideal spot for a family or just a weekend getaway! Book it and enjoy!

Beautiful Property in Fantastic Location
This 3-level townhome was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. We were in Jacksonville for a wedding and the location made it easy to run out quickly for items we forgot—lots of nearby shopping. We already want to return.

All the amenities you could ask for handsoaps, etc top notch the beach is literally across the street upscale restaurants, and those you know are a short drives or walks and most all via bicycle. Quiet neighborhood while we were there.

This was a great property that accommodated our family for a short stay at the beach. It is beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is perfect because it had its own parking for up to 4 vehicles and is across the street from the beach. It is also within walking distance from Starbucks and area restaurants. Perfect beach stay for families!
We loved our stay in this gorgeous condo right across from the beach!! We were a hard to please group because we had my husband and myself, my parents, and our 13 month old, all staying together. This condo has the perfect set up for families traveling with young children! There is a pack ‘n play in the condo and Elizabeth can provide a mini crib upon request. She also went as far as to provide a booster seat highchair, car, booster seat, diaper genie, and kids plates and cups! It was so nice to have so many child necessities already taken care of. Aside from all of the wonderful child amenities, the place is absolutely gorgeous and feels like home! We had such a great day, and Elizabeth was so wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly, and had so many handy little signs around the condo to help us figure out how to navigate the property well. We would highly recommend this property for your next family vacation!
