Spacious, luxury beach 3-story townhouse (with 2 flights of stairs) features three large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. Located two blocks from the beach, our home offers a modern, comfortable getaway for families, friends, golf trips, wedding parties, and business travelers. Located near the most popular restaurants and nightlife in Jax Beach. A short drive to NFL games, golf courses, and concerts. Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You will have the entire home to yourself.

Our home is equipped with Gigabit-speed WiFi.

Our home's spacious common area is a perfect meeting place for any occasion. Plentiful seating in both the living and dining areas allows groups large and small to make the very most of the home. Two bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, and one is located on the ground floor. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Our home's proximity to the beach allows guests to be on the sand in seconds.

Our home includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with plates, utensils, and cookware to easily handle large gatherings. Brand-new stainless steel appliances and plentiful countertop space make cooking and dining a dream.

Our home includes a large washer and dryer as well as dozens of big towels for the beach. All beds come with clean sheets and all bathrooms include fresh towels. Complimentary soap and shampoo provided. Iron, ironing board, and hairdryers available.

We live in Jacksonville Beach but we like to give you privacy during your stay. Should you need anything during your stay, we are available via call/text/airbnb messenger.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Great Jax Beach Site!
Impressed and laid out well for our stay. Close to beach and restaurants, bars and shops. Window blinds some do NOT work to open and close etc...otherwise out stay was perfect.

Fun stay a block off the beach
I rented this townhouse for an air show. It was very convenient to have facilities 1.5 blocks off the beach to use the restroom etc. It was clean, modern and didn't feel crowded when I had a max of 8 people visiting. There is shopping and dining within walking distance. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and the check in/check out process was very easy.

The property was so clean and beachy. Just a quick walk over to the beach. My big boys liked having their own space downstairs. The stairs were a little tricky for our disabled daughter but it worked out fine. We would love to come to stay again.

Don't be deceived
From the pictures this place looks amazing, but in all honesty this IS THE WORST lay out I have ever seen for a townhouse, especially a rental townhouse. 1) Good luck trying to get your luggage and lots of groceries in using the cement blocks that lead to side door. The garage "is not part of the agreement" per property manager. 2) Be careful because there is absolutely no mention or pictures of the 2nd staircase. These are not your regular staircases either. They are 17 steps instead of the regular 13. When you have older people staying and someone with a bum knee, this can be a huge inconvenience. Especially, with luggage and groceries. (I will say that the property manager offered to move us into another home, but didn't offer to help with taking our stuff down) We declined the move. 3) The lamp in the living room was broken and the curtains were broken. Property Manager was not helpful. 4) If happen to make it to the top after all those ridiculous stairs, make sure to bring a stepping stool to reach the buttons on the dryer. Way too high up. 5) If you think you can't hear anything how about someone going and back and forth (neighbors) at 4am. It was not good at all. I even texted property manager at 4am and heard nothing for the rest of the trip. 6) Last, but definitely not least, the upstairs is bonkers. There are 2 bedrooms up there and only bathroom IN THE MASTER BEDROOM!!! Yes, people that is correct, you HAVE TO go into the master bedroom from the other room if you want to take a shower or use the bathroom at 5am. There is only a half bath on the main floor and a full bathroom in the basement" Would definitely NOT stay here again. DO NOT BE DECEIVED

Great Getaway
The condo was great! Very clean and in a great area. The beach was so close and there were shops and restaurants within walking distance! The only thing I would say was that if you’re going with couples, the bathroom situation is a little tricky with two bedrooms upstairs and only one bathroom and you have to go through the bedroom to get to the shower, but sharing a bathroom was no big deal for us. Just a heads up that you’ll have to share the bathroom upstairs! I would stay here again though because it was so nice!

Will book again!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Jacksonville Florida. We booked two units 2149 and 2151 and had plenty of room for our entire family. The property was very clean and very close to the beach. We had an easy check in and check out process. The Property Manager was very responsive and help accommodate our needs. We will definitely book here again!

The place was nice enough. However, the freezer wasn’t working properly and was covered in frost and ice and unable to use. I complained to the owner, but nothing was done. I deserve a partial refund for the negligence.

Everything was beautiful. Bedrooms, kitchen & bathrooms were spotless. I absolutely loved the smell of bleach that permeated from the bathrooms 🥰. The property owner was friendly, professional, easy to contact and quick to reply. The weather did not permit us to make plans of going to the beach. It would have been perfect because we were only one block away from the beach, Simply wanted a nice place to stay where we could celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday with few family & friends. We were all pleased with this property. Everybody had more than enough room. We did not plan to do any cooking or anything slightly strenuous, but the kitchen was completely equipped. This town house is nothing less than beautiful. The only drawback was the lack of TVs in the bedrooms. Nothing beats laying in bed watching a good movie after a day out on the town 😊 We will definitely book one of this owner’s properties when we visit Jacksonville in the future.

Great time at Jax Beach
The house is very clean and the beds are comfy. We had 5 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out at night in the living room together. The house is a very short walk to the beach and there is easy beach access as well. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful. We would definitely stay again when we return.
