“A very nice and relaxing place to be for a couple of days. We got a fantastic room with a view and the much needed sun. We had a hugh open area between our two bedrooms where we can relax outdoor for much of the day. The only negative thing was that to get hot water from a shower, we need to let it run for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of resource. Other than that, I like the place a lot. Although it is expensive but we get a credit of USD150 a day which offset the price.”

“Stayed 4 nights with my wife and two kids. This hotel is the best in Ixtapa for kids as it is enclosed, has several good pools and lots of kids activities and nanny service. Its next to the beach but a few km out from actual Ixtapa.”

“This was our second visit to Aura Del Mar; the first visit was when it was named Brisas Del Mar in 2010. This property has kept all the charm that we feel in love with back in 2010 and has made some incredible additions since. The pool deck over looking the ocean was peaceful and gave you a beautiful 360• view. The landscaping is gorgeous and tended to. The onsite spa has been updated and is lovely. Coffee machines in every room with fresh ground coffee provided. Turn down service at night....
