Welcome to Lagoon Villas 44!! Located in the desirable Wild Dunes Resort only 25-30 minutes to world class downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to local Mount Pleasant shops and restaurants.

This professionally styled villa is centrally located to all resort amenities including restaurants, roof top bar, Grand Pavilion boardwalk, golf courses, tennis (clinics only), pickleball (clinics only), basketball courts, spa, bike rentals and bike paths, convention meeting spaces, playground, and shops. In addition, you are just a bike ride away from the Isle of Palms marina for boating and recreation (kayaks, wave runners and fishing charter rentals), restaurant with roof top and marina store.

It is the closest Lagoon Villa to the beach (a few minutes’ walk) and as an upper-level end unit is quiet and uniquely private with bedroom balconies overlooking grand oaks, palms and very often deer! In addition, you are steps away from the Lagoon Villa’s pool.

The beautifully designed living room includes high ceilings and a dining table with seating for six next to the picturesque window overlooking the oaks where sunlight pours in in the afternoons.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes a double oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and filtered water dispensing refrigerator. In addition, a breakfast bar with seating for three is open to the living room. Washer and dryer are in the pantry off the kitchen. Dishwashing liquid and hand soap provided along with starter dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels and trash bag.

High speed internet, wifi, flat screen smart tv’s are in each bedroom and living room with access for account holders to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney and Sling Box. There is no cable.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the villa for maximum privacy. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom stocked with non-allergenic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers.

The king room is elegantly appointed with recently renovated standing shower, added bidet to toilet, recently remodeled vanity, and plenty of towel bar space!

The queen room is equally appointed with the addition of a twin bed and pull-out trundle, perfect for the small family looking for a wonderful vacation. The queen bathroom includes a tub/shower also with recently remodeled vanity and the same great bar space for towels. Also included in this room is a desk and chair, perfect for zoom calls or needed workspace.

Regarding Sports Facilities:

Unfortunately, this property is not managed by Wild Dunes Resorts, thus tennis courts and swimming pools are strictly for members only.

However, Lagoon Villas has its own pool steps away from the door!!! In addition, guests may sign up for private tennis lessons and clinics at the Tennis Center.

All guests are welcome to book on both golf courses!

Clean extremely comfortable.
My wife and I booked this condo for our family on the week of the IOP connector race. It was the perfect accommodations for our needs. Everything that we needed was there The host was extremely kind and courteous and responsive to any inquiries. Five Star, 100% will stay here again. Word to the Wise, if you GPS the location it will take you to the resort entrance. The residents entrance is what you are looking for. Other than that we had a fabulous amazing and restful stay.necessities.

This villa is really Nice decorated and comfortable. For the rental price, we would have appreciated beach towels available, as well as a basic kitchen kit (salt and pepper). One of the bedrooms is really noisy du to the AC close by.

Amazing stay at IOP
Lagoon Villa 44 is an amazing place to stay in the IOP. The property was clean and updated with all the amenities! It is very quiet and relaxing! Short walking distance to the beach and Wild Dunes resort. My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay. Our hosts were great and easy to contact. We will be back!

Would live here if i could!
This property is amazing! A little slice of heaven. We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything on wild dunes. Short shaded walk to the beautiful beach, comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife such as deer, osprey, turtles, pelicans, sand pipers and more! The pool was a nice change up from the beach. 2 min walk to rent some bikes and explore the area. Tastefully decorated and 5 star comfort. Loved the big living room window that offers a lot of privacy overlooking the lagoon and palm trees. Would 100 percent stay again. Thank you for sharing your space with us, and giving us a small taste of the good life!

Ultra-Clean and Convenient Get Away
Our stay at this ultra clean condo was just perfect for 2 couples on a 3 day get-away. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the place. It was very comfortably furnished and the split layout provided a level of privacy. The walk to the beach was simple - about a 5-7 min walk - but easy. The unit was well stocked with real glassware - not always found in vacation rentals. The location within the gated community was ideal to get out and explore IOP and SI as well as Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. Each of us agreed that this was a great spot and would love to return on a future trip.

Isle of Palms /Wild Dines
The villa in which we stayed was very nice. Very clean and everything was provided. A few things were amiss. First, the listing says steps from the beach. It was more than a few steps from the beach. Secondly, it lists hot tub as one of the amenities. The hot tub is at the spa and not at the villa. Clarification in listing is needed. Finally, the tv in the queen room never worked. We followed all of the directions about connecting to the internet, etc,,, Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice if it had worked. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect for a great stay on Isle of Palms. Short walk to the beach, comfortable condo, very nice area. Only thing that annoyed me was that the tennisclub did not allow us to book tennis courts there as we were not guests of the hotel.

Luxury stay
We absolutely fell in love with this incredible condo at Wild Dunes! The place was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the laundry room, making it perfect for our family of four. One amazing bonus was having a washer and dryer right inside the condo, which we heard is a rarity at some other complexes on Isles of Palms. The best part? Just steps away from the condo is the breathtaking beach, and if you prefer a change of scenery, the complex's stunning pool awaits right across from the unit. The beds, sheets, and towels provided were of top-notch quality, giving us a luxurious 5-star hotel experience. Check-in was a breeze and the owner's communication beforehand was incredibly thorough. Without a doubt, we will be eagerly planning our return to this exceptional getaway!

We have stayed at several different properties on Wild Dunes and this was one of our favorites. The location is perfect and the size was perfect for our family of 4. There was no detail missed by the owner! We would def stay again!
