“Everything is great”

“The hotel itself and the staff were wonderful. Well maintained and updated rooms. It is by the beach but you can't use the beach. It is very dirty with trash washing ashore. It is not a good sight to see. The location of the hotel is far from everything. The port/pier and everything else is at least a 20 minute drive, Can't walk to any place. No taxis, only tricycles. The hotel shuttle costs so much. ”

“It’s like a home away from home. Few steps from the beach, one can hear the roaring waves while dining. Restaurant is simple. but love the home- cooked meals. ”

“Toilet does not flush”

“Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try...

“The place is exclusive and has its own port. The hotel has a ready van to transport you from the port to the hotel. The food is excellent. The entire staff are respectful and friendly. ”
