“Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!”

“Apartment had a great location. Great view. Modern. All you can ask for as a apartment. But... The check in process was one of the worts experinces. Have been working in Colombia, have been visiting this country 30 times now. This was the most confusing, non reliable booking ever. The booking page at Hotels.com does not give whole info. Even if you (thought you) paid on Hotels.com site, You have to pay same amount and even more when you arrive. And that in CASH!!!! Hey, everyone that...

“Great location, and steps to the beach! If you’re new to the area, avoid the beach directly in front of the apartment ( Hollywood Beach)…instead walk to the next beach…is a 2 minute walk and much quieter…..and cheaper. Apartment is nice…no AC on the living room/ kitchen but if you leave the bedroom doors open it is comfortable. AWESOME views of the ocean from front and back. Reception is very nice as well as the girl that cleans! I would book this unit again! ”

“The property was nice. A convenient walk to the beach and dinning options. A easy cab ride to downtown a d other areas. The ocean view was amazing. The apartment was really nice and clean. Communcation with the staff went well. Only a few minor issues during the stay.”

“The apartment was comfortable, and the host was highly responsive to any questions or concerns. However, the pictures on the website should be updated, as the furniture has changed slightly. My primary concern during the stay was the internet connectivity, which was slow at times and occasionally stopped working altogether. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. The apartment was conveniently located, close to our destination and needs.”

“In 20 years visiting CARTAGENA, this particular group of people presented themselves accurately in the description communicated well provided a functioning and clean safe and quiet location. We were met actually early. I left something in the room and they brought it to me at the airport. Good choice big home fair price AC works great quiet residential area block or two from food shopping couple more blocks to the beaches doesn’t get much better In Cartagena ”

Unfortunately not a nice experience

"We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly because of the following reasons: - no boat transfer to the island and no support at all when reaching out to the resort (incl. no person speaking English at all); we tried to reach out via phone, WhatsApp and e-mail but did not receive any response - they market an own restaurant with broad dish options and they offer you a big menu but in fact they only had 5-6 dishes available for dinner from that menu, and no vegetarian dish at all - no warm water at all even though indicated otherwise online"
