“The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Close to everything; groceries, restaurants etc. we didn’t have hot water. They tried to fix it several times, unsuccessfully. Not a big deal, but would have been nice for doing dishes. The beach is very busy, but shuts down early. ”

“Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!”

“Apartment had a great location. Great view. Modern. All you can ask for as a apartment. But... The check in process was one of the worts experinces. Have been working in Colombia, have been visiting this country 30 times now. This was the most confusing, non reliable booking ever. The booking page at Hotels.com does not give whole info. Even if you (thought you) paid on Hotels.com site, You have to pay same amount and even more when you arrive. And that in CASH!!!! Hey, everyone that...

“The apartment was comfortable, and the host was highly responsive to any questions or concerns. However, the pictures on the website should be updated, as the furniture has changed slightly. My primary concern during the stay was the internet connectivity, which was slow at times and occasionally stopped working altogether. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. The apartment was conveniently located, close to our destination and needs.”

"Hotellet har sett sina bästa dagar, är i behöv av renovering, restaurang personalen anstränger sig och är trevlig. Internet är mycket dåligt i rummet. För att ha en stabil internet var vi tvungna att vistas på grann hotellet och även om vi ville njuta att av den karibiska havet. Cocoliso saknar en riktigt strand."

Beautiful location but rooms below expectations

"The location of the hotel is magical with the most beautiful water we have ever seen. Good drinks and ok food. However the standard of the rooms are way below what we paid for. Cockroaches, lizards and the room not cleaned properly (disgusting cushions, black hair in the shower), toilets not always able to flush as well as no hot water. If going I would recommend going only for one night because unfortunately this place is in need of a renovation to motivate 400+ usd/ night. "

Unfortunately not a nice experience

"We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly because of the following reasons: - no boat transfer to the island and no support at all when reaching out to the resort (incl. no person speaking English at all); we tried to reach out via phone, WhatsApp and e-mail but did not receive any response - they market an own restaurant with broad dish options and they offer you a big menu but in fact they only had 5-6 dishes available for dinner from that menu, and no vegetarian dish at all - no warm water at all even though indicated otherwise online"
