“We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We fished from the dock (caught one small bass), played pool, which we especially enjoyed and relaxed with a game of cards, a book or a movie. There was just the two of us but the house has plenty of room for a family or group of friends or other couples. Thanks for a fun stay!”

“Very cozy, clean one bedroom that I stayed in. I have also stayed in one of there two bedrooms abs now seems to be the place I go to when visiting. Stayed in other areas nearby. This place quite with no dogs barking all night or chickens roosting. It's clean and has a full kitchen. It's great for visiting the area or just in for work stay.”

“Randy and nephew Caleb from Georgia spent Memorial Day weekend at this location bass fishing throughout the weekend. The VRBO property was amazing just as was my previous stay. Everything at the property was perfect, with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The view of the morning sunrise over the lake is spectacular. The hosts are fantastic in ensuring you have a great stay. I will be going back very soon.”

“My family and I (5) stayed here comfortably. It was like home away from home. Spacious, open, clean and comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The owner was incredible. The neighborhood was nice, and the neighbors were so sweet. Everything you need is there. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient. I just cant say enough. My niece (15) caught several catfish and we saw a few turtles .🐢 . We would highly recommend this...

“My friends and I came to lake Kerr for a wakesurf weekend and had a blast! Kathy was great let us check in early so we could drop our dogs off at the house and hit the water for some surfing!! This house had pretty much anything you could think of. Fire pit, ice if you needed, pontoon boat to rent fishing gear. We all enjoyed our stay!”

We had a few minor issues The TV is not user friendly, the free apps that you have posted are no where on the TV There was a cookie sheet with old molded food on it in the oven Your concierge came home drunk as hell one night and could barely get her golf cart into the garage without my boys help! The dock is inviting, offering more opportunities to get close to nature. The house is clean; everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable. “We like to get together once a year, locally. This allows our family to come and go as their work needs require. This is our fifth year doing this at various locations,. But we will be back here, hopefully next year. There is a beach for the littles, fishing for the olders and lots of watercraft. Amiee was a sweetheart in all areas. Couldn't be happier with our host!”

“Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. We started our mornings on the lake shore in comfy lounge chairs under a large umbrella, fished from the dock durng the day and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night.
