Casita Blu Dos med tillgång till Guadalupe River

Den ursprungliga stugan byggdes 1935 och renoverades år 2017 med moderna uppdateringar för denna studiohytt. Det finns en stenbräda direkt framför denna stuga för gästanvändning. Stugan levereras med redskap, porslin och matlagning. Det finns en queen size-säng och tvilling sovvagn kärlek sits. Floden tillgång är över vägen och har picknickbord, simning, flytande docka, kanoter och redskap för gästanvändning. Det finns 350 meter Guadalupe flod frontage för gästanvändning. Stugan ligger på 2 tunnland stor och ägaren bor också på fastigheten. Det ligger 2 miles väster om Ingram dam och 3 miles öster om jakten butiken. Casita Blu Dos liss
Wonderful cozy rustic cabin and property. Riverfront view very nice. Enjoyed fishing in the River. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and a great escape for a few days. The porch swing was great as well.

Mostly ok
We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Walking across the busy road to get to the river was concerning. Planned to bbq and the picture of the pit on the website was not what was there when we arrived. Blind on front door would not go down so we had to use a chair to hold it down once we were inside for the night. Little things but still things that should be addressed. We’d go again but probably make sure of things before arriving. Thanks!

Brian did a great job renovating the cabins and adding new! The price is right! We do not stay at the property during the day, as we join family in the area, but this is great for a place to stay.

Perfect getaway with everything we needed
We loved staying at this property. My husband and I needed a little getaway for ourselves. We especially loved the access to the river and the canoes, so we didn't have to drag our own canoe along. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the ROKU, so we could binge watch in the evening. This was a pleasant surprise and nice touch! Don't judge us. ;-). We certainly would recommend this property and would not hesitate coming back.

Mom's weekend away
Great property and people. Very clean and welcoming. The only issue was the traffic. The noise kinda killed the "peace and quiet". Traffic was less in the evenings. Other than that, we had a great weekend.
