Welcome to Lake Tahoe! There are a few things we’d like to remind you of prior to your visit, in hopes that you have a fantastic vacation. The Lake Tahoe region brings with all her beauty an equal attraction to tourists and animals alike. Please be respectful to the animals and do not be surprised if you happen to come across bears, raccoons, mice, chipmunks, and carpenter ants. You are in the woods! Also, please remember to place all trash in the metal bear-proof receptacles, and make sure it’s properly secured. We have very smart bears here in Tahoe! We like to keep the honey in the kitchen and the bears out. Do not leave any food in cars or outside. Secure garbage in the Bear Box. Lock car doors. They are smart, be smarter!
In winter, chains or a 4x4 vehicle may be required, depending on the weather. Please check road conditions to see if they are needed. Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories, especially during winter storms.
WIFI can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.

Relax in your own comfy hideaway, set up with cozy and convenient touches around every corner. Gather around the fireplace after a day of adventure, or take in fresh air out on the balcony. Bring along the family dog and relax on one of the multiple couches. The wet bar is positioned perfectly by the kitchen and dining table, perfect for nights of board games and tabletop adventures. Naturally, you can also bust out the private gas grill and get your vacation started with quality barbecue. All bedrooms are downstairs, so you won't wake anyone up when you're pouring drinks late into the night. Helpful amenities at every turn make this the ideal getaway for your mountain, lake, and forest adventure.
THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
