“We had a great 2 night stay. The cottage is very well equipped with all the basic necessities you need. It’s in a quiet location which was nice to come back to after spending a whole day in the city. We used Ubers to get back and forth which we had no issues or long wait times considering the location. “Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. ”

“LOVED IT! We loved everything about our stay at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The location is great, quiet and residential, yet just a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. The apartment is beautiful, just like a place that a character from a Hallmark movie would live in! And a Christmas tree! What a nice touch! The owners were 100% responsive, before, during, and after our stay. Stay here, you will love it as much as we did!”

“Easy to get to/from the train station, walkable to everything. The home is old and charming, which also means the floors are quite uneven and squeaky. We had pretty much everything we need at the home and what wasn't there we were able to find at one of the 2 stores within a couple blocks from the apartment. Communication was a bit of a challenge prior to our visit, but by the day of our stay, the wonderful Sonia came through and addressed all of our questions and concerns.”

Only issue was high back chair that was damaged with no note to say it had been noticed and or reported, we emailed Cottages.com but no reply !
