The Sananwan Beach B&B feels more like a homestay without compromising on comfort. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious.
My Room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfy, I had a jacuzzi tub in a huge bathroom and a nice balcony to unwind in the evening or to enjoy the sunrise if you get up early.
It is just a short stroll to the beach, and once you are there it is all yours. Not another person in sight.
The location seems a bit remote, but if you rent a motorcycle there is a lot to explore. From the red cliffs nearby, to Thailands largest sanddune, fishing villages, fantastic temples and caves. Furthermore there are fantastic spots for snorkeling around Koh Talu and the scenic Royal Coastal Road seems to be popular with cyclists. The area is still unspoilt from mass tourism.
