“We had the best time at Chaa Creek. From the time that we were picked up at the airport, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of service was amazing. We used their taxi service to take us to various places and the drivers were like tour guides and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly. “I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.”

“Rooms are a bit older but very clean. Beds not the most comfortable but otherwise no complaints. The staff, especially Levi, really went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. We had an issue with a tour not showing up (due to vehicle issue) and Levi was very responsive and helpful!”

“Jättemysigt guesthouse som ligger några hundra meter från centrum. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som hjälpte oss boka utflykter. Stort gemensamt kök där det mesta fanns. “Great service, they were always nice and helpful. Laundry service quick. Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Good location - basically right on the main street so close to everything. The breakfast was extremely light: bananas, bread to toast and butter/jam and then coffee/tea/water. But they had a microwave that could be used anytime and a refrigerator in the room (much appreciated). I liked my stay and would stay here again if I went back. ”
