“Took this hotel for being cheap (perhaps with the last bits of building being completed - unobtrusively). The room was great, good A/C, comfy bed, decent bathroom. All way better than the price suggests. Handy for shopping, even if not in the city centre, with a pleasant restaurant on site. Helpful, polite staff, too. Would use again.”

The booking confirmation did not clearly state one way or other but the original booking said "free breakfast." ”

“We chose this hotel as we needed to catch an early Flybus to Bengaluru Airport from the bus station across the road. It is also convenient for siteseeing and a short walk to the Palace. Reception efficient and upgraded our room when we complained of a smell in our bathroom. We found the jungle themed decor in the restaurants unpleasant. Breakfast choices quite good. No umbrellas and no shade for sun beds at the pool.”

However my room was not cleaned during my stay which, considering that the hotel was not busy, was unsatisfactory. However it was reasonable value.”

Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has...

“It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...
