“We had 8 in our group, ranging from age 6 up to 72. This was a great house for our whole family! Lots to do in Coral Gables, and it’s an easy jaunt to downtown Miami as well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner included so many thoughtful little extras, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and even disposable slippers. “I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! “We booked this property for a 3 night joint bachelor/bachelorette party. Plenty of space inside and the outdoor area was a great vibe and we had an awesome time grilling outside and in the pool. Great location means cheaper Ubers to downtown, Brickell, etc. highly recommend this place and we will look to stay again if ever needed in the future!”

“Our stay was brief due to an event we were working at. The location was crowded. While the villa served its purpose, parking was tight. We were advised street parking was available, but when we checked in at 5am there was no where on the street to park. The walkway leading to the villa had garbage spaced out in the grass. “My friends and I had a very good experience at this property, but for the very high price, we expected more and were disappointed by a few elements. The kitchen was not at all properly stocked for a house that sleeps 10 - one pan, only 4 mugs, no cutting boards, etc. A nice sized kitchen, but bare cabinets so it was very difficult to cook.
