Beach House Ultimate pool Familjesemesterhem.

Hemma hemifrån, mysigt och bekvämt strandhus. En 5 minuters promenad till stranden och butikerna. Mycket ganska grannhuva.
Nytt upphöjd hus med privat uppvärmd pool och inhägnad trädgård.
King bed i sovrummet med eget badrum, queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet och två enkelsängar i det tredje rummet. Andra badrummet ligger i korridoren mellan de andra sovrummen. Kakelgolv genom huset Fullt kök med bänkskivor i granit och vit stålbehandling. Dra ut soffan rymmer 2 personer, 50 tums platt-TV i vardagsrummet. Alla sovrum har platt-TV. Internet-åtkomst och kabel. Skjutdörr till ytterdäck och trappor till nedervåningen vid poolen. Utesidan dusch med varmt / kallt vatten för det efter strand sköljning. Stor pool med paraply i Tiki-stil och sittplatser i poolen. BBQ, bord, stolar, solstolar för en avkopplande tid vid poolen. Det finns också en 32-tums platt-TV vid poolen för din njutning. Det finns gott om solstolar och tillbehör till stranden och ett bordtennisbord i garaget med en dörr till poolområdet. Det finns en gratis trolly vid stranden tillgång som kommer att ta dig från ena änden till den andra av Anna Maria Island Det finns många fantastiska restauranger, barer och butiker på gångavstånd. du kommer att bli kär i Holmes Beach precis som vi gjorde, kom och bo på vårt Beach House för en underbar semester någonsin.

Paradise

This was our 6th year on Anna Maria for spring break. This rental was our favorite. Spacious, clean, beautiful pool and outdoor space. Ping pong table was a plus. Plenty of household items as well as beach gear. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and coffee spots. I highly recommend to anyone coming to the island. We are charmed every year on this island !

Great family place

The facility totally met our needs. Very nice location for shopping , restaurants, and close to the beach. No need to rent a car with the excellent trolley service. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. The pool was heated and very fun for the family. We would stay here again.

Great time in AMI

We stayed for three weeks and everything was wonderful. The outside with the pool area was amazing. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The location was great to get to the beach by walking or biking. We could also bike to a few restaurants. We'll definitely stay again!

Slice of paradise

Great Family Property

We had a lovely stay over the holidays, the house was perfect for two couples and an infant. There was plenty of space, the pool and outdoor area were great for everyone and we were able to have more family over to relax and hang out all together. Very clean and great location, will definitely stay again!

Short but sweet

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the week that Helene hit. We were only able to stay for 4 nights due to mandatory evacuation of AMI. The 4 nights we stayed were lovely. The home is everything as advertised, clean, pool area was perfect and it did not disappoint. Owner was out of the country but still stayed in close contact with us. Really hoping this adorable place faired well between Helene and Milton. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice

Very nice stay in a very nice home, loved the pool. Would’ve loved more specific directions about checking in as there were three lockboxes by the door., You have to know which one to use. Lots of pool toys and beach accessories. Would recommend. Plenty of towels, good Wi-Fi.

Another great year here !

This is our third year in a row and it is the absolute best place to stay! My family loves it and so convenient to everything on the island. House had everything we needed and more . Owners/property managers are so friendly and responsive. We always rent bikes to use back and forth to the beach. I can say we had 6 staying in the house this time and we did not feel cramped at all, lots of space. Looking forward to next year !

Wonderful beach house!

This beach house was perfect for our family. It's a very easy walk to the beach with lots of beach toys in the garage. The private pool was incredible and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We used the outdoor living space extensively and loved the nanny options it offered. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed/couches are all very comfortable. When we return to the island in the future, we will definitely stay here again. The owner is extremely kind and communicative. Thank you for the wonderful location!

Quiet and Peaceful

The property was exactly as described. Lots of extras (especially around the pool) to help relax. I really enjoyed the day bed swing overlooking the pool. Owner was always prompt about responding to emails. Kitchen was well stocked with things we would need to fix meals. Beds were comfortable. Will defiantly keep this property on our short list of places to return to.

The location and pool area were amazing! The only issue was we paid for early check in and the cleaner was still working for 30 minutes after we arrived. The owner did offer late check out after notified of issue; but we had other plans and did not accept.

Great place!

The house was ideal for our family. The pool area was beautifully designed and definitely the highlight of our stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it was conveniently located near everything and just a short walk to the beach. While the house was clean, there were some maintenance issues with the balcony and stair railings that seemed a bit janky. However, the owner was easy to reach and responsive.
