The host was very accommodating when we had to change our plans at the last minute. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this house for three nights. The 4-bedroom house was new and clean, great for our group of one couple and three other family members. It could have accommodated up to 4 couples. The furniture and bedding were fresh and clean. The refrigerator, cooktop and microwave oven did not appear to have been cleaned since previous uses. The dishes were clean with the exception of the pots and pans, which had cooked on food that could not be removed with the paper towel and dish soap...

“The property itself was nice minus the fact that several light bulbs were dead. The air handler kept cycling in and off and not working properly. Very hot in the house. Hopefully gets repaired. Everything else was pleasant. Enough room. Nice location. Pond and kayaking was a great opportunity.”

“5 night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Keurig did not work, and they quickly offered to fix. Could have been a little cleaner, but honestly we expected what we got because we knew they accepted animals. Everything else was wonderful. Would book again in a second. ”

We loved the location of the rental, within a 10 minute walk to the Main St. Area in Lee's Summit. It was also an easy drive to Arrowhead for the concert, about 30 minutes. The house is a bit aged, but overall, comfortable. The front couch/futon was not the best to sit for extended periods, but was good for our needs.
