“We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster while we were in town for a cheer competition. We booked knowing there was construction going on, but it honestly didn’t impact our stay at all. Our room was at the end of the hallway and the rest of the hall was blocked off for construction, but there was no noise, no smells, and no disruption whatsoever. The room itself was immaculate. “We try to stay here whenever we visit the area. I personally love the home feel, as I don't need all the modern stuff. Staff is always helpful and kind. They have a lobby with games, popcorn, coffee, and even postcards!! Breakfast consists of small items, but not a problem for us. There are plenty of options off site if needed. I really prefer the rooms with a porch! Great way to relax in the evenings. ”

“Convenient for us because we were attending a large swim meet at Franklin & Marshall (only a 5 minute drive). Surprised to see the mini-kitchen set with plates, cutlery, a dishwasher but that was nice. Right across the street from a major shopping area that had a lot of food choices. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Love the outdoor fire pit and the mini-gym.”

“The resturant was not open while we were there. The hot tub was warm and we were dissapointed there was not a way to turn on the jets. The outdoor area looked great but it was too early to be open but it certainly looked inviting. The arcade looked like a kids dream. The staff were really kind, pleasant and helpful. Room 106 sink was clogged and drained poorly, being the only thing a negative although we would have liked a microwave in the room. We did use the one in the snack area.”
