Super-Cute Villa with Ocean View and Two Bikes!

Located in the Coligny area at Seaside Villas, just steps to the beach! …
You have selected a clean, tastefully decorated villa with a relaxing ocean view! This unit is bright and airy and very convenient to both the beach and the pool. Is perfect for a romantic or small family getaway or if you're looking for an escape but still need the ability to work remotely. The sleek design will catch your eye and the cleanliness and convenience will keep you coming back!

This villa has a new queen mattress and new bedding, new dresser and lots of closet space!

There are 2 Smart TV's, one in the Bedroom and one in the Living Room, with cable access and the ability to log into your favorite streaming service.

The workspace has two new full-size desks with comfortable office chairs and 440 Mbps Super High Speed WIFI (secured). The desks can be arranged as desired, either straight, L-shaped or together as a dining table.

The fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, crock pot and toaster.

The villa also offers an ironing board and iron, hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

The outdoor balcony is great for dinners, drinks, coffee or just relaxing and taking in the view!

We also provide two beach chairs and a small cooler for a relaxing day at the beach or take our two bikes out for a long ride on one of the island's many bike paths!

This is an ocean front, gated complex with convenient parking, a pool, laundry facilities on every floor, an elevator, luggage carts, direct beach access, BBQ grill area with picnic tables, outdoor shower area and a large sundeck that overlooks the ocean.

This villa is walking distance to the popular Coligny Area with restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, a grocery store and the new Low Country Celebration Park.

There is a minimum age of 25 to rent the condo.

No smoking is allowed.

No pets are allowed ($500 per day fine)

3-night minimum rental.

Weekend Getaway
This property was nice and as advertised. You are only steps from the beach. It is in a great location and within walking distance or bike ride to Coligny. A couple of things that need attention, the linens and pillows could use an update. The towels have been well used and the pillows are very flat. There also needs to be a little more attention to detail to cleaning especially in the bathroom. Otherwise this is a nice condo in a great location for a weekend getaway.

Weeklong Getaway
We decided on a last minute trip since the weather forecast looked promising for the coming week. This condo was super close to everything. The beach was a fifty yard walk away, and there are bicycle paths everywhere that go through beautiful treed landscapes and near the ocean. We appreciated the convenience of having bikes included with the condo. The condo was clean and well appointed and perfect for our weeklong getaway!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was super clean and in a great location. Very close to the beach which is what we wanted. Very nice balcony. We didn’t have the best weather so didn’t get to use the bikes (another plus we’d chosen this property for). Towels could definitely use an upgrade and I’m glad we brought our own toiletries as the samples left wouldn’t last a day, but overall, we were very pleased with our stay even with all the rain.

A Wonderful Stay
Our stay was wonderful and it worked well for my husband and I as there was super close access to the beach and 2 bikes were provided. When we went to ride, one had a flat and Nicole (local agent) was on top of it and had it repaired almost immediately. She was also very responsive to any questions that I had. The unit we stayed at was super close to to Coligny plaza and that was nice as well to walk to for coffee/breakfast or dinner at night. I would definitely recommend where we stayed.

Long weekend getaway
We stayed 4 nights, checking in on Wednesday and departing on Sunday. We found the unit to be pretty much as described: right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Coligny Square, with several restaurants, stores, live music, and a great ice cream shop! The only caution I would note is that the unit is rather small. Though it technically can sleep 4 (fold-out couch), I think 2 people would be about right. The unit itself would be quite cramped for 4 people, in my opinion. We had a couple of issues while we were there: 1) Directions had us going by the housecleaning company to obtain a fob to gain access to the entry gate of the condo complex; however, the fob wasn't where it was supposed to be. Ends up we didn't need it anyway because the entry gate was propped open, apparently for maintenance reasons, for the entire time we were there. So it didn't really matter but it was quite confusing for the first 30 minutes of our arrival. 2) One of the attractions of the unit for us were the 2 bicycles that belonged to the unit. We found them parked in the bike rack as indicated; however, one of the bikes had a flat tire that wouldn't hold air (there is an air compressor onsite at the complex). I notified the owner that evening and she had someone fix it the next morning, so we were able to enjoy the bikes during the remainder of our stay. Kudos to them for doing that! Overall, we had a great time there and enjoyed the property.

Location is great
The location is fabulous! A short walk to the beach and close to the Coligny Plaza. Loved Stu’s subs and Gringo’s Diner! A short drive or ride away from The Bank, our fav hangout spot. While the pictures were technically accurate (other than the dated bedspread that was actually there), it lacked the finer touches and showed some wear and tear. I’d highly recommend that the owner spend a few hundred dollars (1-2 nights stay) on some extra amenities to make it feel a bit more luxurious such as real shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap that lasts more than 3 days, tissues, a beach umbrella, beach towels, better quality bath linens, upgraded comforter, a few cleaning supplies (even just some disinfecting wipes and floor cleaner), wine opener, etc. You could really take things from good to great with a small investment! Overall we were happy with our choice given the location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the property manager!

Awesome location !
Easy check in, property nice and clean. Only issue was sliding door to patio does not lock. Also, would recommend black out curtains in bedroom area. A lot of light comes in from walkway night time lights. We had a great time and location is awesome and having bikes was great !!
