Welcome to 6 Cedar Waxwing in Sea Pines, a 4th row oceanfront home where the hardest decision you’ll have to make is whether to hit the beach or lounge by your private pool (yes, it comes with a spa, too!). This place practically screams “vacation goals” with its open and airy living space, gourmet kitchen featuring high-end appliances, and a massive island perfect for family gatherings—or just sitting and pretending you're a chef while someone else cooks.

Just off the living area, you'll find an expansive screened-in porch where you can sip your coffee (or cocktail, no judgment) while gazing out at your own personal outdoor oasis. Surrounded by palm trees and tall pines, this setup was made for relaxation. Bonus: you’re just a 2-minute stroll from the beach! That’s right, the beach access boardwalk is directly outside the pool gate, so pack light and enjoy the sand between your toes in no time.

But let’s not forget the creature comforts—this 4-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps 8, has Wi-Fi (for those Instagram stories you’re definitely posting), a gas grill, and TVs in every room. Whether you’re hanging by the pool or unwinding after a long day of fun, this place has you covered. And don’t worry about parking—there’s space for 4 vehicles (just not on the lawn, okay?). Perfect place!
As a family of 5 this was such a perfect place to stay. The place itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. WiFi worked very well for my husband to be able to do some work and FaceTime calls. Excellent location. The beach at this end of Seven Mile beach is way bigger and so much nicer compared to some other places closer to Georgetown. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was not having the washer and dryer in the condo but it was located so close by to our place that it was fine in the end. I would definitely stay here again!

Simply Perfect
Such a wonderful week on Seven Mile Beach in this beautiful condo at Harbour Heights. The condo is immaculate, spacious, bright, well-appointed and the decor is stunning. The grounds were gorgeous, pool is refreshing and the private sliver of beach is an oasis for relaxation. We loved every minute of our stay and we will most definitely come back to this spot!!

The house was super nice and clean and being on the first floor was super convenient to walk right out to the pool or the beach. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our family and friends. Great relaxing vacation!!

Fantastic property, gorgeous condo and world class beach out your door!
We have had a fantastic visit to Grand Cayman and are so happy with our choice of Harbour Heights. The condo was newly remodeled and perfect. The complex is well managed and had everything we could want, a laundry, onsite manager and security, a pool, pool house with bathroom and ping pong table. My favorite were the covered thatched roof structures on our private beach. It is next to a public beach but we were never inconvenienced by cruisers. One day out of seven wewalked by the public beach and it was wall to wall chairs but never did they impact our vacation. I loved being on the quieter sandy stretch of beach and personally preferred our first floor location where we could walk out to the beach at any time of day or night just to take in the colors of the ocean and sky and sink our toes in the sand. We will be back!!
