“Beautiful, new and clean. The listing photos were deceptive. The sliding glass doors are frosted glass and locked with signage not to open the shades or door. This detail is relevant when booking. There was a lot of online communication required with this rental which I find tedious on vacation. Vince was very helpful.”

“Beware! Property has long term renters with disgruntled exs that come pounding on doors multiple times a day. I called the police and management and decided it wasn’t a safe spot for me and my child who were there for an event. Management didn’t care about us at all. They have camera everywhere but don’t apparently use them. Walls are thin, could hear neighbors come and go. Was really looking forward to this trip and this experience ruined our whole weekend and Tacoma experience. Stay clear! ”

“The apt is a 30 min drive to tacoma. It's small and musty. We stayed for a month. Now where do I start.... Broken closet door and dirty carpets to start. There is no dishwasher in the tiny kitchen with small fridge. The laundry is in a shared room in the apt complex. You'll have to wait your turn to do laundry. The heater went out in one of the bedrooms the second I turned it on. The rest of the stay I froze in the 40 degree room. There were someone's dirty clothes under one bed, the other...

“My wife, son and I really enjoyed staying at the Blackwell Mansion. It's it a great location. We walked to a couple of excellent restaurants and took the streetcar to the Tacoma Dome. It was super easy to check in and the property was very clean. I highly recommend staying at the property.”
