“Very nice hotel in a nice area. Comfortable room. A bit worn down. The shower didn't work great. A warning, though: There are zero power outlets. With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets. Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. ”

“I cannot believe how this hotel have this guest rating. The room is small but that is not the problem. It is run down and need to be refurbished. It is extremely noisy between rooms and from the outside. Even though I requested a quiet room I got placed in one with a huge fan outside the window that wooshed all through the night. The shower is so small you barely fit in it. The elevator is so slow you can wait minutes before it arrives. But the worst is probably the area around this hotel. A lot...

“I stayed on level 3, and every time I exited the elevator there was perfumated air in the whole hall way. I don't know if it was a cleaning product or some air freshener, but it was bad in my asthma. Otherwise a nice stay and very helpful staff, nice rooms and comfy pillows. “My stay was while my son who resides in Alaska was in Virginia Mason Medical Clinic. The Inn is conveniently located with direct access to VMMC. The rooms are well appointed, clean and extremely comfortable. Because of our extended stay we had the pleasure of staying in one of the two top floor rooms. Once my husband returned home I continued to stay and felt very safe staying there alone. When my son improved his release date kept changing and the Inn was very accommodating on a daily update. ”
