“This was a convenient place for me to spend a night when I was in a jam and too tired to drive any more. The manager Umar was exceptionally helpful. There was an issue with my billing…very long story…and I was double billed. Umar spent a lot time, hours, between texts, phone calls, and emails to make sure I was properly refunded. He didn’t have to do that. ”

“This is a cozy hotel in a good location in the Hamptons. One of the staff members named Denise is excellent at her job. She gave us a ton of great tips and made us feel so welcome. Now to the downsides: The walls are super thin and not soundproof. Our first night we had no problems at all, but the second night our neighbors were very loud and we could hear everything. So as long as everybody is quiet and respectful this is a great place. ”

“Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!”

“They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. ”
